I think it's funny how people argue over which phone is better. The Duo gets bad reception. Keys stop working on the keyboard, and they have a dead feel. There is some latency, like when you slide the phone from the qwerty keyboard to the numeric keypad. My friend had it and hated it with a passion. I'm not sure about the Matrix. The softkeys are way too small.

mmmmmm i will say that is a good commercial..i have that cell phone and i will say that is not the best u cant have..like when i was in msn..it was slow...and with the connection with the windows media..it was not easy to put the songs..i get so frustated....but well i keep thinking is a good cell phone..buy it but also if u think u know how to control it..lol
