What the hell's it matter? U2 and The Killers are as much owners to their music as The Whip is to theirs. The fact that U2 and The Killers have much more robust bank accounts is beside the point; creators of the music should be paid regardless.

Meyby he ment it in selfish reasons, the killers or U2 is not gona have economical problems witch means they will be making music even if you steal their music, The whip on the other hand meyby can't continue making music if they don't earn anything on it and then that's were we earn or lose on the whole situation.

Yeah, I understand that, but I still maintain that ALL musicians (and everyone else associated with making the music) should be paid for what they do. I don't care if they're barely making it or if they live in 15 million dollar mansions. They all deserve to be paid, not just the ones barely making it.
