just got this off ebay today.. spent a good 3 hours looking at reviews. this looks like the best messaging phone for a decent price. (off ebay, of course. no required plans coming from there.) not too thin, seems durable, and after testing it at an at&t store, the touch screens seems great. might spaz occasionally, but i love this thing..

@sk8rdudecw I don't think the keys are rubbery or squishy I think they are mre like plasticy and I don't think the touchscreen would be quite up to par with an iphone or ipod touch just because Apple specializes in making touchscreens.
