  • Fantastic video... I've been running DietOramy program (came across it on search engines) for lots of time now and my gains have most certainly been shocking - I decreased 6% of my overall escess extra load within the first period

  • I've seen this new diet regimen program known as DietOramy (find on google) - my sister said she started applying this and already already lost handful of pounds, without feeling famished or fatigued whatsoever... what do you think, has any1 used it yet?

  • There is absolutely no proven link between the cholesterol in egg yokes and in increase in body cholesterol. The continued perpetuation of that myth is both absurd, and extraordinarily wasteful. Dietary cholesterol does NOT cause a rise in serum cholesterol.

  • hey... im really about to start p90x phase 1.. im on a level 1 nutriton plan btw... ive look at the given meal plan and i realised that the carb is almost throught the week on the last meal of the day.. which is dinner.. stuff like 1 cup of wild rice... it is good to eat that much carb at the end of the day?? or can i spread that 1 serving of carb into the 5 meals.??? plz advice...

  • actually ACSM reccomendations for pro. a day for an active adult is 1.2-1.4 g of pro per kg of body weight. NOT 1 g per pound ! Your body can NOT pro load. And your body has to work over harder to get ride of the extra pro consumption Primarily your kidneys. Ketogenic diets can be harmful if you have not consulted a Primary Care Physician first! PLEASE do not give out dietary retrogradations unless you carry the qualifications to do so and

  • @AnatomyCGIGirl to add.Even elite athletes do not need to go above 1.7g/kg BW a day. I doubt the people reading this you tube are elite athletes. There is no benefit seen after 1.7 g/kg and in fact quite the opposite. Please include where you got your reference for pro consumption a day? Excess Pro consumption is just an expensive carbohydrate once you topple the capacity your body can handle.as a percentage ends up being converted and stored as fat simple as that. cant cheat science

  • The most painful part is fallow that book instruction with the meals and recipes.. I wont do that thought. im just gonna eat and keep it basic.. chicken breast, fish, vegetables and that kind of stuff

  • im so confused? i have been doing p90x for 1 week and i have no problem witht he workoutsand overall i eat pretty healthy but i am a seafood eater maninlu fish and chicken i dont like bread unless with a sandwich so i hate when the meal plans say eat toast muffin etc i dont like it so help me please with this diet stuff i only drink water i eat out very seldom i eat granola bars from kashi alot they are 170 cal 5 grams fat 2 of protein can i add this type of thing into my diet? or is this bad

  • @dinahmite425 Whatever works for you. As long as your energy keeps up while working out. It's actually very good that you are staying away from bread. If you feel you need more carbs (for energy) try more fruits or sweet potatoes.

  • @dude04345 Ok...should I do the P90x workout BEFORE I eat breakfast or any meal for that matter of AFTER? I tried P90x for the first time this morning on an empty stomach and I was only able to get through like 35 mins of the first CD.

  • @capoldslds Yeah I like to eat wholesome foods. I start the X at about 12% body fat and ended around 8.5-9.5 - Not HUGE results but I'll take a 3% loss in body fat.

  • You do need a BIT of cholesterol. Your body's cell membranes need cholesterol to be strong and flexible. Not much, but don't be too terribly paranoid of cholesterol. You need some to be healthy, Aim for reasonable portions of lean meats and you will get exactly what you need.

    I'm not harassing this video. He has good advice. I'm just making a general comment about cholesterol.

  • Egg whites are one of the best clean foods for athletes. Great protein, no fat. Easy to hard boil a batch and keep them in the fridge for a few days, take them pretty much anywhere in a ziplock.

    Oh, and coffee isn't necessarily bad. 4-8oz a day is fine, many athletes and body builders drink coffee, just in low amounts. No sugar of course. And if you put in cream, just a teaspoon (about 20cals). 2% or skim milk would be even better.

  • I suggest you look into some sort of power bar or meal replacement shake like Shakeology. Shakeology does cost but if you compare to a $5 subway sub a day shakeology is actually around $4 a serving and filling. Though in college I know money is usually tight. I tend to get protein plus power bars, bring sliced apples tossed in lemon juice, some mixed nuts and berries. Try a cup of yogurt, a bagel, and natural peanut butter. You should always eat a good breakfast before you leave the house!

  • raw almonds, unsalted, are great for your good cholesterol and very inexpensive. I snack on half a cup a day before and after lunch. Also go to walmart and buy a huge bag of chicken. Grill or bake it all sunday night. Keep it in fridge and take a breast to work or school. Great protein, low fat, put some salsa on it or lemon juice. Oh and switch everything to Smart Balance butter if you have to use butter. hope it helps

  • I work 10 hr days 5-6 days a week..I know where you're coming from! My advice would be to by bill phillips book "eating for life" for more meal ideas. He talks about regular meals and mid-meals with tons of variations. As long as you are getting breaks 2-3 hours throughout the day you should be able to start a similar diet. The hardest thing about it is the preparation. Read the nut. plan or the book and select things you like..go to the market with a list.

  • Taking things to work with you like an apple and 2 red. fat string cheeses would be one midmeal. A low-fat cottage cheese and fruit combo would be another. I always keep a small bag of natural almonds with me(12-24). Protien bars are another quickie. Protien shakes(buy a shaker throw the powder in add water).

  • Try thinking "am i using my time most efficiently right now".

    Example: I get up about 2 hours before work each day...If i were going to cook myself chicken and a potato I would have to thaw the chicken out first in the micro. While thats going on im preheating the g forman. When the chicken is cooking on the forman Im cooking the potato in the micro. While this is going on im getting my low-fat sour cream pepper etc. You will get faster at this with time.

  • Im sure the nut. plan and i know bill phillips book talks about making some of these meals in bulk that would equal out to 4-6 servings. I made tuna caserole the other day(4 servings). the other 3 went in the freezer. Maybe you need to make more meals in bulk...there are lots of options.

  • the diet is good for u as it increase ur metabolism, but i do agree with u it is a hassle controlling ur diet like that

  • hey dude, i am getting ready to start the p90c program, last month i was 301lbs, and just recently had back surgery, my back is fine for the most part but any heavy impact jar's it and causes slight discomfort and sometimes pain, so i have decided to diet, wich my plan is extremely similar to the one you describe in your video except turkey bacon instead of ham. i have been dieting and walking/jogging at night for about 2 weeks now and have lost 20 lbs. i went from about a 12pk of cokes a day

  • they say breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. I'm wondering if the protein shake I drink after my workout in the morning counts as my first snack or if that is just something separate.

  • When you consume something within an hour after a heavy workout I would consider that your "recovery" drink and not even include that as a snack.

  • No particular diet - This is just some general ideas that I do in my diet. I have not focused 100% on the P90X diet, however in phase 2 and 3 of round 2 I want to see what happens when I DO stick with the diet. I am going to use the Meal Planner from my Club membership and see what happens!

    i mainly for for that monster or munster,

    and whats your view on fiber bars? [chocolate fiber"35%" + with antioxidants] and a banana at school then i eat whatever my parents give me. but the cheese has been something ive had my mind on for a while.

    my sandwiches look something like this: White bread [yea yea i know] dried cranberries, turkey/ham [2] 2 pepperoni slices, cheese lett onion the cheese but no mayo.

    @ home i eat 5~10 ritz
