E30 owners can start with a Signature Motoring performance intake kit CAI. It can add up to 11HP for only about $150 and installs in 30-45 minutes - really a must for every E30 owner. It also makes the car HOWL at high end but sounds normal at everyday driving. See my videos!
I have a 1991 318i E30 manual, and it has a rev limiter at 5200rpm, why is this so? and is there a way i can take it off? at the moment i can get 80kmh from 2nd and 120kmh from 3rd
you must open the ecu, and change the chip from the factory and buy a new one from ebay with other programm, and then your car can cathe 7000 rpm without cutting speed
