One way that will work is some car mod or something I used which can lock and unlock all vehicles.

Pushing the plane in another position, looking on different times and airports can help is well.

Im really sorry I can't help very much with this, I had this problem too but I don't know how i fixed this.

I don't know if you have a patch installed or something that maybe changes this

i dont have samp MTA is way better. just google MTA San Andreas.

I got the superman from internet too.

google gta sa superman mod.

I installed it all by myself but since now their is a easier way called SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer) this program will automatic instal the mod u want (if u downloaded and saved it on your pc ofcourse)

you need to do all plane missions and get a plan licence

You Have to do all the missions in LS and SF to earn access to pilot to Pilot School.

Once you complete that,

All The Planes In Gta Will Be Unlocked!!!!!
