  • Great Workout! I am running a boot camp class at a gym I just opened. What kind of timer is that? Right now I am using a gymboss..

  • @Yuantoh76 Hehe, that's right I used the same die plans you know! Nothing can beat the diet programs on WeightLossAction.info!

  • poor squating technique on double swings

  • @aengus6 a swing is not a squat

  • @aengus6 if anything thats perfect technique :L

  • Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • This Training is Cool! And a Very good warming up! *5 stars

  • the rest timer and the pace. I'm 37 and been training since 16, kind of lost it since taking on a very long commute. Kettlebells are ideal for training at home being a quick route to high intensity. I'm just starting off with kettlebells and your videos are a great, great help. Many thanks for sharing your efforts.

  • how heavy was your kettlebell??

  • thank you for the videos i just started using kettlebells after not working out for 10 yrs after getting married and starting a family i bought it after reading Pavels book so i can get into getting back in shape without buying a ton off equipsment again after selling my weights and stuff to make room for my wife and kids. Only problem is i don't Know anyone else in my area who uses them besides me.

  • Fantastic. I love the countdown, the rest timer and the pace. I'm 37 and been training since 16, kind of lost it since taking on a very long commute. • what is the weight of the kettlebell?

  • these workouts rock,

plus this ebook, on how to loose weight, and stay like that "katrina4258.eliteweightlosspackage(dot)com"

    makes the perfect combination

  • Thank you for posting this.

  • He's bending over too much during the swing part. Doing that will cause serious back injuries. FYI

  • @suavej75 sorry, you have no idea what you're talking about. he is not rounding or overextending at all. No additional risk of injury at all.

  • REALLY COOL AUDIO TRACK! It keeps me motivated. Where can i get this audio?

  • @micheal0lak thanks. Just changed the info box. click the second link to get it.

  • I just wanna ask, what is the maximum number of rounds do u recommend if i'm planning to do it every other day? thanks!

  • @paimond I would say 1-5 times. I usually do this as a finisher for my workouts though

  • I need the voice of God counting down for me too! That's cool. Better than my GymBoss. LOL

  • AWESOME-NESS! Will definitely implement. Thanks guys!

  • good workout i shall be using this :)

  • stupid question i know but i want to do this right, at 2:27 and 2:53 do you only do it for the one arm or did u just wan to save time for the sake of the video?

  • @djangoprodegy the second one I do of the row is for the alternate if people can't do the renegade row

  • I'm really interested in this training, thanks for posting. How many rounds for a beginner would you recomend for this circuit? And how many times pw? I'm specifically training for boxing and this looks great. Cheers.

  • @creswell68 start with one, then move up from there. it would be great cross training for boxers

  • Awesome vid! thanks for sharing!

  • cool thanks, this was my first kettlebell workout and i really enjoyed it, a did 3 rounds resting a little over a minute each.

  • glad you liked it. kill it everyday!

  • @YunTraining Where can I get that audio track?

  • when your finished with 1 round do you still only rest for 10 seconds? thanks

  • @bobkilla430 you can rest as long as you want. I usually do a minute, but I do recommend at least :20. 1:00 would be best. get your water and catch your breath.
