Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
the rest timer and the pace. I'm 37 and been training since 16, kind of lost it since taking on a very long commute. Kettlebells are ideal for training at home being a quick route to high intensity. I'm just starting off with kettlebells and your videos are a great, great help. Many thanks for sharing your efforts.
thank you for the videos i just started using kettlebells after not working out for 10 yrs after getting married and starting a family i bought it after reading Pavels book so i can get into getting back in shape without buying a ton off equipsment again after selling my weights and stuff to make room for my wife and kids. Only problem is i don't Know anyone else in my area who uses them besides me.
Fantastic. I love the countdown, the rest timer and the pace. I'm 37 and been training since 16, kind of lost it since taking on a very long commute. stupid question i know but i want to do this right, at 2:27 and 2:53 do you only do it for the one arm or did u just wan to save time for the sake of the video?
I'm really interested in this training, thanks for posting. How many rounds for a beginner would you recomend for this circuit? And how many times pw? I'm specifically training for boxing and this looks great. Cheers.
@bobkilla430 you can rest as long as you want. I usually do a minute, but I do recommend at least :20. 1:00 would be best. get your water and catch your breath.
Great Workout! I am running a boot camp class at a gym I just opened. What kind of timer is that? Right now I am using a gymboss..

He's bending over too much during the swing part. Doing that will cause serious back injuries. FYI
suavej75 1 year ago
@suavej75 sorry, you have no idea what you're talking about. he is not rounding or overextending at all. No additional risk of injury at all.
