they had a t.v. show with him on it, 'here comes the brides" he was the stuttering little brother. I'd get so mad because they'd show him for about a second. I'd have a heart attack when they'd let him talk. I hated that stupid show, but I'd endure it for a glimpse of bobby in that leather shirt with the string tie on it. anyone remember?

I've always loved Karen Carpenter but not the way I have always LOVED Bobby. What an beautiful young man he was. He was the first man I ever loved, and now that I can see him on utube any time I want to , It brings back so many wonderful memories and scrap book memories for me. I would just like to meet Bobby once and look into those eyes, I know he is still the handsome, beautiful man he always was, and always will be. His wife is the luckiest woman on the planet!

@pjgumby Not sure why I was never notified wbout this post, but I'm glad I saw it now. I agree with everything you just said! Though I didn't keep a scrapbook, my walls were cover with his posters! I even started on the ceiling when I ran out of room on my side of the room. Had to share with my sister! Though my head to foot poster, did have it's spot on on our half bath door in our room. It always stayed closed! LOL

Bobby Sherman is so cute! I remember having his poster from sixteen magazine all over my bedroom wall in the 1970's. His songs are timeless. I saw him at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Concert with Davy Jones and Peter Noone awhile back. It was a great concert. I hope he has another concert soon!

I could listen to Karen and look at Bobby forever. I had posters everywhere, too. One on my door at "kiss" level - just in case I might happen to run into it in the middle of the night. Gotta say, these Bobby pics sure bring back memories. I wish my kids could understand the beauty and good feelings these types of entertainers could bring to a bad day. Either of these icons could lift my spirits in a second. I love the photos of him as he has aged. Great to know we all do it. Even Bobby!

I can't believe how when I was growing up, that i had such a facination with Bobby, that I would fill my walls with posters, and pictures of him. Unfortuneatly, I grew out of that and as I did, the posters went into the garbage. Now I kick myself cause I am sure they are worth a nice bit of change on ebay. LOL Thanks for the memories.
