  • im looking for ideas on making my self a better dj you got any tips i got a couple of upgrades not alot because im in a tight budget

  • Nice Stanton Decks you got there.

  • where did you get the blacklight? How much $ was it

  • check out my set up

  • hey nice start with the light switches i got one similar but i used an old cd player box and put toggles in front and put 8 outlets in back for my 8 lights it looks nice but they make one for 15 dollars now but too late i still use it now and looks good and works awsome for my non dmx lights

  • your setup is garbage wheres your pro shit I mean I can't take you seriously as a dj when your frontin' equipment like that bro

  • i think youll find its the camcorders microphone, which cant take it. If you where there its probably amazing quiality.

  • you need to turn down the volume sounds distorted to hell

  • you could blow out someones speakers u fag

  • Aprox. how much did you pay?

  • Nice Set up! - I think the American DJ Vertigos are some of the best lights out there. I have two as well. Also wave lights are cool. The homade light bored is cool to.

Just a quick question on a scale of 1 - 10 how hard would you rate turntable usage?

  • 1 i more like using cd's

  • I like your homemade light board type thing, I have a manual light box I made out of a few switches and plywood that looks just as unprofessional as that haha, but are the par cans always directed towards the ceiling? Cuz personally i think people should just deal with it facing them, they don't have to look directly into it and if they do its their own fault

  • I usually have some sort of lighting effect for the ceiling and multiable ones for the dancefloor

  • louder is not always better

  • Kurtbradd, is that a BEHRINGER mixer? I have a Behringer DX 1000 with punch pads beneath each side of the crossfade; they help with quick sound bites you could make with the next song while the other one still plays aloud; also they take strain off of using the crossfade so much to cause it to bleed (run sound over from one channel to the next)

  • whoa...that carpeted light controlling box will NOT pass CSA standards if I saw it correctly.

Hope you're still not using it...:)

Other than that-what powered sub are you using?

    the 10" 200W?

    I love those things.

  • nice setup!

  • this brother went all out....nice set up bro

  • lol nice lightin controller

  • party at home :P

  • Can you say what;s the number of this song?

  • dude... haha... nice lights, i might higher you to setup dj lighting @ parties... haha... jk.

  • do home built speakers work at real gigs?

  • nope, aha never use them outside that room :P

  • you need a Star burst... onlu $399.96 total. and $164.99 for hookup and about $400.00 for global truss that it needs which adds up to about $900.00

  • Re-word that Ddrmaniac5! he don't 'NEED', it wouls a great addition to his set up, but lets not use the word need. Let's keep what we got til we're able to improve our lights and sound system. Sound rational? Thank you.

  • are you tried to correct my spelling? btw, this is DDRMANIAC5, i just made new account for my production videos and blogs

  • No, not at all, my comment wasn't about syntax or spelling it was your use of the word 'NEED"; he doesn't 'NEED' what you suggested he get, it would great to have, yes. But not need. Need is a must. Like we 'NEED" speakers to do gigs, We NEED amps to push the power, we NEED some type of mixer to transitionize one song to the other. All this could be done without what you suggested.

  • confusing... but ok.

  • ha mine are home built then again being a tech guy and building speakers is a side job for me they work just fine for gigs

  • Nice home built speakers bro.
