The constitution nor the declaration of independence applies to me. I'm black and was not even a thought when those documents were written. This is why I laugh when I hear people talk about those documents. Lol as if it ever applied to me. Sorry.
they way your mind applies it : women Indians ,and Irish shouldn't bother applying either. since women aren't explicitly named natives were disbanded nations with varying, levels of treaty , and Irish were slaves . by 1965, all were made equal. go read the Constitution , that level of ignorance is intolerable
