I am gonna try this one for sure!! I am a vegetarian. When making potato salad, there is vegetarian mayonnaise that is made with soy - but many years ago I would use powdered milk (can use soy milk also) with some warm water and mixed with mustard and paprika/oregano (make a paste), then add to potatoes. Always a good back up plan! Tks for sharing!!!

These look so yummy. I've always had trouble finding veggie burgers that taste as good as meat... I'm not a vegetarian but I'm a bit suspicious of the meat at most local burger joints.
