Hey, I claim I don't believe in God yet I spend my time here arguing with people and hating on God all day....makes sense. I know the atheist worldview has nothing to do with logical thought, but um, if I didn't believe in God I sure wouldn't waste my time fighting about it all day. Go out and eat, drink and be merry and stop wasting your time if that is what you believe. It's pretty insane how obsessed most of you atheists are. Magical, again, suggest that there is something we can't explain, which is contradictory since the big bang theory is a theory!. And the big bang theory is not claiming that there was a boom, since that would require there to be sound, which by neccessity it could not have been. Please, again, read up on these subjects before you respond.

Besides, the scientists want to protect their jobs and their way of life. They will lie and deny God to do this thinking there will be no repercussions for this. I am secure in my faith as I have seen miracles in what God has done for me and others. I don't have blind faith because my eyes are open.

@MetaphorInVain I will also say that there are so many variables that revolve around our planet. If ANY of these are just microscopically off, the earth is unable to sustain life. I am speaking of such things like temperature, spin of the world, the axis. All of it. DO you really think it all happened by chance or are you just being willfully ignorant. God is our intelligent designer and the evidence is all around you.

@JagCreed4 You are trying to prove your logic by applying something that is said in that very same religion. Sorry, but that is not a valid way of reasoning. You can't prove a book's truth value by quoting things from within that book. The way of determining it's truth value is to meassure it against reality. Therefore, your belief in Jesus Christ is 100% a religion, and your way of trying to deny that is just a poor example of logic.

@MetaphorInVain My proof of such a god is irrelevant; the fact that it can exist disproves your whole concept of either choosing christianity or atheism. If you have such proof, how come the vast majority of the scientific community do not accept your statement? How come every claim ever made by theists have been countered? But if you do have proof, please provide it. Just remember that quoting from the same religion you are trying to prove is not sufficient in ANY way.

@MetaphorInVain The Bible validates itself, you are correct. It is also validated against reality because it makes many scientifically accurate statements on a wide range of topics such as wildlife, celestial bodies, and weather. I dare you to read the book of Job.

If you want to call Christianity a religion, then fine; I'm not going to argue about such things. But it is the only religion in which God died for His men rather than men dying for their gods.
