  • can I just drop an omega 3 pill into the melting pot? instead of the flax?

  • oh yes!

  • Heat doesn't destroy whey protein. Whey is food. It's made from cheese. It's like saying chicken should only be eaten raw.

  • heat destroys whey protein...fail

  • complex-carb*

  • Supply your body with tryptophan promoting foods during the day, then, for dinner eat a comple- carb only meal, like a bowl of oatmeal with honey & cinnamon, baked potato w/ low fat cream cheese, or brown rice with garlic sprinkled on top. This will allow the tryptophan that's circulating in your blood to enter the brain for serotonin production. you'll be calm, content, & @ peace. Also, sunlight, and exercise will only add to that production in your brain.

  • Where did you purchase the hot pot?

  • haha the video description was made using some kind of audio transcribing software. tons of mistakes

  • or you can just eat...cereal and milk.

  • looks like poop... 3:16

  • That's not very cost efficient. I gotta buy, oatmeal, whey, protein, raisins, blue berries, and chocolate. My $1 oatmeal turns into $5 oatmeal

  • yum

  • I needed 3 bowls of oatmeal just to get through the video description

  • @misterfilmguy lolz forreal

  • that needs more water for me lol

  • i dont think it would degrade the whey. isnt there whey protein bars and whey cookies? they both have to be baked dont they? but i would let the oatmeal cool though just in case. supplements get pretty expensive after a while.

  • Looks great! Love the chocolate part! hehe... The only problem for me is that cooker thingy; I don't have one and it seems a bit much to buy one just for this recipe! Will try to make it in a pan instead.

  • @BikiniDream dude...u dont need this machine...u can jst make it on the stove -.-

  • Meh, I just eat the oatmeal or flaxen raw with a spoon.

  • @Reproductivist you are my hero XD

  • I agree with mark, pouring the whey into that boiling water denatures and alters the chemical structure of the protein and the protein isn't as effective as it should be. The better thing to do in this case would be to cool the oats down before adding the whey, take a hand shaker with the whey and some milk and vigorously shake until you have no lumps left and mix that into the oats, it'll add some good flavor to the oats and also make sure that is whey does it's job properly.

  • wouldn't the hot water degrade the whey?

  • I cook the oatmeal first then add my whey protein to it with some milk. And Nestle chocolate with no sugar tastes alot better than Hersheys. Oatmeal is the best food in the world!

  • @markitymark90

just mix the whey in after you're done cooking the oatmeal.

  • Awesome dude,

Very informational and just what I was looking for when I searched "oatmeal".

    Thanks!

  • Don't try this at home, when your not leaving home lol. That's a calorie bom, but yeah for athletic action, that is needed

  • That's not a rice cooker or a water boiler. It's a space ship. Who gives a fuck! As long as it boils the water. Fucking morons.

  • Exactly.

  • Im gonna try to make it in the microwave oven.

Ironicly I have protein powder with banana taste so besides the blueberries I have it all covered in a easy manner..

Can you post amounts in a recipy?

    ty

  • Thank you for posting this and the script!

  • the question remains however, does it taste as bad as it looks?

  • That's not a rice cooker, that's a water boiler

  • no offense. it looks like shit. :(

  • does'nt it always look bad?

  • dipshit..i know it has antioxidants, im saying its more for the flavour for some people u fkn sped

  • i just put some oats in a bowl, mix in some chocolate protein then milk, microwave it, stir in some butter then eat ;]

  • gr8 vid :)

but wht if i want 2 use milk instead & i only got a normal pot not this 1 ?!?

    plz help

  • it looks kinda like shit but it looks good :)

  • i just put wheat germ, cinnamon, and sliced banana in my rolled oats oatmeal. so yummy!

  • Flaxseed!! I just raided the pantry and found some for my next concoction. I use McCann's Irish Oatmeal, the steel cut granulated takes longer but, the McCann's Quick cooking Irish Oatmeal is for when I'm in a hurry, I always have both just to change it up now and then. "Variety is the spice of life"

  • can u tell me plz how 2 cook quick oatmeal & when i add the protein

  • Quick oatmeal from the box. add half cup to 1cup water and heat on medium high for 5min. then add protien and/or sugar and cinnamon/cranberrys/blueberrys/raisins. I usually add the flaxseed at 3 minutes.

  • Hey! Fuckwheat40!

    Read much?

    It's spelled, "McCann's" not "mcains"

I get it at "Trader Joe's" or your local stupid market where all the sheeple go.

BTW. Trader Joe's is in America, not Ireland!!!

  • hey bitchass i misspelled it on purpose.

  • Hey! Fuckwheat. Then why did you remove your comment????Fuckwheat!your a shit disturber.

For the record I mispelled you name on purpose.

I saw your channel, it's loaded with negative comments, leads me to believe you're grossly misunderstood or you're a young kid.

  • hey butchASS, your name fits you well, why don't you try sticking your head up your ass. see if it fits

  • i think my steel cut oatmeal would take a lot longer to cook but thanks for the idea

  • Good stuff

  • looks like poo

  • I would add wheat germ for a nutritional boost and maybe some dried cranberries.

  • this video helped me tremendously. thanks so much. delicious!
