A man after my own heart. I like it when someone plays in this tuning and doesn't play celtic style but more rhythmic with blues influenced sounds. Personally I like using DADGAD for this more than anything else but maybe that is just the sound I prefer and suits my style better.
Celtic music is very rhythmic as you say but a different rhythm to what I was trying to refer to. What I really meant to say was that I preferred the DADGAD sound using a syncopated blues or ragtime style rhythm than celtic. I happily take your point.
Western Music World in the 60's after a sojourn in the East where he 'discovered' the
tuning. The style that you play in on this video is almost a carbon-copy of Daveys style
of playing. Has he influenced your playing in any way? Whether he has or not - your style is
great and Davey and his great mate who recently passed away - the Father of Spontaneous improvisation Derek Bailey would love this. Excellent stuff!!!!
what a load of fucking shit. you stupid cunt. i dont know why you even bother playing guitar.YOU'RE SHIT!!!!!!!!!on a more serious note this must have been from ages ago, regarding hair length. i havent seen it before anyway.well done!
