It is NOT a charge. The rules state a defensive player must maintain his defensive position without moving AT ALL. His feet shifted only slightly if you watch the second zoomed in replay. But that slight movement is enough to constitute a blocking foul. Just a great athletic play. Although I don't like the taunting at the end by the other teammates, they didn't even do anything to help the play.
