  • Goodjob bro ! you‘re on your way to trying out some of of the best delicatessens of hong kong. next you should try out those wooden sticks w/ cow ligements and "shew mai" (dumplings) sticks and octopus sticks. an fried stuffed tofus and green pepper.

  • @s33thr3w Right and wrong. Proper (expensive) siu mais at dim sum restaurants are pork. Cheap siu mais sold on street like those in Mong kok are fish meat.
