  • If Thai came from Khmer,Why majority of Thais ppl still using translator your language to Thai. But Thai and Lao no need to the langusge Why ???

  • I am more interested in the Thai small arms industry, e.g., Uzi SMG made under license from Israel; H&K G33 in 5.56x45mm made under license from Germany, and so on.

  • i train muay thai but i wana learn some of the kicks from TKD for fighting and that, ive seen alot of the kicks in TKD and some of them are mean.. just some kinda variation, TKD'sjust different because they go for points and not power and destruction, if it were id think they would be mean though..

  • @miyawa21 You train here? Do they teach traditional Muay Thai or Muay Boran?

  • i know this place... i learn here it's fairtex boxing camp

  • I love that show.. It's not on anymore?

  • ohh yeah high quality

  • Traditional TKD is good . i have to admit.

But Muay Thai is also a sport which needs alot of hardwork and mastering. So ppl stop bitching about which martial art is better. cuz it all depends on the fighter.

  • well I do normal Kickboxing and we do competitions against TKD clubs and they always have this stupid fucking kick where they raise there leg and keep kicking out and it just taps you and it gets fucking points wasnt much use when I kicked the cunt over the judging table lmao

  • TKD can humbly learn Muay Thai techniques

  • TKD is quite crap compared to Muay Thai in so many ways I should know I did TKD for 2 years and I found it useless now that im studying Muay thai its so much harder and more efficient in so many ways

  • most of you retards need to learn your history thailand didn't even exists 2000 years ago what does this tell you idiots?

  • @WarrenKeingGaw your right thailand did't exist in 2000 years cuz it has exist for 100000 of years idiot it's old and you can't win over muay thai BTW study more and be smarter and read t right cuz thailand has exist very long now lol

  • @dog009988

Well, well, Thai's good default ownership b4 1970's that Muaythai not famous even thai song after khmer stucking with war domestic or cilvil war as you can see for sample" chinese called fry noodle" Thai change name to Phat thai=Khmer called kuy teav cha who invent noodle is chinese, so Thai'sr took Khmer kun to make around Latin and western in 80's that compare to taekwando of korea.

  • i wanna see some faggit gangster face a muyai thai warrior.

  • @unknown2world1 yea that must be cool

  • effing shin kickers

  • the billybo8 who gives a fuck wat ur the champion of

  • people we know that the khmer people helped the thais and its true in the history you can see the martial arts of khmers in muay thai, so please people stop fighting ..yours arjan kaya muay chaiya .bbk thailand

  • What are they saying?

  • anthropologist rulesssssssssssssssssssssss

  • judo is the shit, I wish I can be trained in that. I did Muay Thai for a bit but I quit because it's too expensive. I'll start again if I find a good gym with a cheaper price

  • That still is a sport since it was quoted by a "real champion". Martial Arts is different to a sport. Sport TKD=practiced in south korea= crap. Real TKD= practiced in north korea by the north korean army= knock the fuck out of what ever sport ( shouldn't say knock out, more like just end your life). Because it is a matter of life and death not scoring points. (Ps. spinning kicks are useless? yeah to a sportsman may be, but not to a real martial artist)

  • TKD is much like karate - they kick for scoring points, and not too many people are trained in the military TKD.Once, a big guy in the sport center wanted us to exchange kicks, and he barely touched me, and I was out...A strong kick inevitably brokes a leg, or bones, wherever it hits. And is simple like hell, no spinning kicks, no circus stuff, no air flying, a real champion waits for his hit, strikes, and wins, not necessarily with a couple of air spins (that`s world champion quoted)

  • esta chingon este arte pienso que es de la mejores que existe y una de la mas completa

  • 2:39 when I saw those balls floating I thought "What the? how does he..? some kind of mystical.... " then I realized they are on strings.

  • lol

  • aguante el TAEKWONDO

  • i must agree that the thai can be a ever so proud creature. but they they were pushed out of china in different waves. eg. mongols and han chinese. some would not conform. some stayed. the thais were animists. and from the mon they recieved the teachings of the buddha. from the khmer arts and alphabet. as to combatics when you fight your way in either you are victor or loser. if you win you absorb what works. if you loose then never get to include. hence the enemys style remains unknown.

  • Facts: Elbows and knees attacks are very deadly. But the truth is Muay Thai is a copy of Bokator, which was invented in Cambodia. Just look at the wall in hundrets of ruins in Cambodia, such as Angkor Wat that was built in the early 12th century when they were conquering Southeast Asia. I believe at that time Thai wasn't even a country. In fact, they didn't even have any land. And guess what else they copy other than martial art? That's something to be proud of and show off is it?

  • Only three of your sentences are close to facts.

  • dude all martial arts are copy of another martial art :P judo jui jutsi sambo taekwon do karate all copies..

  • have you heard of Muay Borat?? It is practised in Kahzakstan.... mostly by skinny men with moustaches that lika sex..... it'sa nice........ chenquooie

  • IT OK.

  • alot of people be hating on taekwondo, kuz itz such a hard style to master and use. you got 2 be super fast, flexible and smart 2 use just your "Legs" n a fight. and in very rare cases dat you can, youll be one 'annoying ass fighter. no like fighting sumone with long quick legs dats hard 2 grab, and mean ass foot work where u can get close 2 grapple.

  • read the botton post first.

dat rare nowadays wit lazy students n mcdojo's.. i do Muay thai out of master toddys gym in L.V btw. alot of our top fighters had tkd backgrounds, very good style as a base 4 another M.A's later on. pce

  • true ppl jst bitch cuz they cant master it

  • @xxneonfoxx Yet with the time it takes to master Only using your legs in a fight, you would learn to fight 4x better using that time to master how to fight. period.

  • @anhkhoinguyen I train Olympic TKD and i almost stopped using my hands for offense just to block hits. And i Know that Olympic Tkd sucks a little cause there is too many fucking rules that u cant even hit him in the leg and crack hist leg with a knee :) Yes it is hard because there is too much technique and movements in one kick, but the jumping and flying kicks...kicks ass :)

  • @anhkhoinguyen True TKD uses hand work and knees also

  • original tkd was strong, i've seen some trad practitioners throw good strong strikes and fought without padding. sport tkd is based on point scoring, and as a sport i think it has lost alot of its original power in poor teaching and comercialising (spelling?) shame but if you take tkd for what it is now, a sport then you should not compare it to full contact martial arts fighting like muay thai and kyokushin karate, its like saying soccer is weak compared to rugby, dif things, dif skillz needed.

  • tkd is very strong i do it and i do full contact and every thing.....deppends what ur teacher wants meanin if he wants to teach u how to point spar or really defend ur self

also even if he did teach u just how to point spar and u were a good martial artist u would be able to defend urself

so i disagree with every one that says tkd is week and shit

    iv study other styles to

  • tkd is weak very very weak

  • ok point taken, i probably was a bit over general with that statement. ill rephrase it. i've seen lots of different styles, and as such alot of bullshit styles which simply dont get the results. i have seen few people who only fight for points or who dont train with reality, who can actually defend themselves. tkd is whatever you make it. my apologies. ive seen lots of weak tkd fighters and it has made me a lil bias, i shall have to rectify that.

    CIRCLES RULE!

  • i agree with you. i do ITF TKD traditional TKD where we punch to the head, its full contact and its taught as a self defence art. people get confused because there is and olympic sport TKD and traditional TKD. traditional TKD was created by an army general and we train to hit hard and fast with any part of the body but for sparring its only hands and feet and above the waist to the head and body. we also learn how tho grapple, joint locks and choke people out.

  • thx u some 1 that knows what there talking about and i take traditional TKD to

  • today im my ITF TKD class we spent the whole lesson doing knife disarms, and street fighting techniques, blitzing the opponent using punchs kicks, knees, elbows and head butts. and take down defences.

  • Some people don't know what you are talking about when talking about Martial Arts! Each country has a form of their own Martial Arts so the one who came first doesn't matter anymore. And no Martial Arts is better than the other, if one really dedicates himself to the art then he can fend for himself no matter what other form of martial arts his opponent has.

  • He's deffenently right...no type of martial art is better than the other...(but i can't say that about taekwondo)

  • tkd is awsome only if u kno to use it....all martial arts is the same u cant lower 1....it deppends on the person whos using it and if he knos how to use it

  • I find (Just an observation), that the way in which an art is taught, is far more important that the actual art itself.

  • Yes thats what true but like I said before does not really matter which style you can do if ya do it well then you can most certainly defend yourself.

  • But you can concede with me that TKD sucks.

  • i do tkd and it does not suck i do full contact and i bet u i could fight any other martial artist my age and give them 1 hell of a fight and most likly kick all there asses sence to day a black belt means nothing cuz they hand out a blackbelt now witch is bs

  • You should listen to zakrazik, he has it right on the money. TKD is a good martial arts in the way of practicing speed, but that's all. Even if you look at professional fighters, their guards are low, and they jump a lot (which can be stupid if you fight with a experienced mixed M.Arts figther) - you get the message. In other words, you might kick ass with many people (duh, most don't know how to fight), but you will probably lose in a mixed M.Arts fight or with a very techinical figher.

  • ima try that dodge and hit accuracy shit

  • any punk can use a gun. But it takes a man with skills, commitment, inner strength and discipline to use a stick, or baston.

  • true but one still need skills to know how to operate, clean and shoot properly and Accurately. It's like like saying, any punk could use a knife and stab someone.......but it takes like you mentioned before to use a knife or wack someone with a stick right.

  • actually when the thai thais lost to the Burmese wat 3 conseqitive times king adja. came to Cambodia to ask for help so we introduce Praday Serey and Sakk yant and TantRa. thai carried cambodian tradition and later on called muay thai and thai tatoo

  • take your skrima against a Katana

  • i dont see where the escrima vs muay thai even comes into this. one is UNARMED COMBAT the other uses A WEAPON.

maybe escrima vs thai sword fighting would be a better match

  • anyway... the last part of the video seems to be muay chayia and not muay boran.

  • ill fight u xxneonfoxx bet i knock u tha fuk owt

  • ill fight any one u come to me any time anywere......o yea one more thing dont get to full of ur self

  • Underestimation is your greatest weakness, brownsundz.

  • But the brain needs a body, to have an effect.

  • ur right on that one......1 element dosent make the best weapon but all the elements 2gether = the best weapon

  • best weapon is still the brain

  • Yeha everyone knows that, but right now we're talking about human weapon PHYSICALLY!!! Okay?

  • u absolutely right!!! i agree the best absolutely weapon but if u have a argue or fight with a professional muay thay fighter or a professional boxer is nothing u can do!!! u just get knock the fuck out , lucky if u not die !!! so really is a weapon this

  • no way im a trained eskrima fighter

you should know that our strikes are

lethal i will fight any muay thai

    professional with one arnis stick

  • i bet if u loose ur stick in a fight u will loose ur life ^^

  • well see how much is ur bet +D

  • my saying, pussy, using sticks!!! Same as i said; you use sticks, i use my gun... you still gonna win?

  • everyone can pull a damn trigger u fuckin pussy

  • @RI0TMAKER Which is why it's the best damned martial art. An ordinary man can take down a 7 foot, 300 pound monster. A woman can fend off a larger and stronger rapist.

Geez, this is not rocket science.

  • any fukin idiot can point a gun and shooot it takes a real man with real skills to use any type of martial art

  • incrediballs not after i crack ur skull

  • Yeah, sure you'll use a gun if you're PREPARED for a fight. What'll you do if you're outside and a group of people attack you? People are so lazy these days...

  • try your stick with Thai Sword fighting :)

  • muay chaiya is not muay boran.

  • it is part of muay boran

  • what's boran mean to you? what is muay? answer me please i need to hear it from you.

  • u're arguing with me a little late khmer man, hence my 10 months post. Im srry not looking for a fight. Ur question seems very sarcastic. pZ

  • since you're the expert in muay thai, so tell me. i would like to hear from you.

  • i didnt have an account 10 months ago

  • well SOL to you buddy. I'm tired of arguing with khmers :) have a nice day.

  • you dont know what boran means? you are clueless what muay mean. i bet you know nothing about thai history. i'm an anthropologist. i study human in a society , cultures interact with environment. i like to study the early thai history if permitted i'll find a great deal from thai. are thais willing to let me study their ancestor?

  • lol. I careless of what you are. Quit being a douche bag and get off my nuts khmer freak. You're all the same. :) have a nice day. Anything you say to me will be ignored and replied negatively. So please, do yourself a favor and piss off khmer. Kthx :D

  • anthropologist like to know and confirm that thais history, cultures, customs, and yes martial arts were taken from khmer. we would like to trace your origin and spit the facts back at you kid.

  • blah blah blah blah. What? Sorry i dont know what you wrote. Dont wanna read it :)...keep replying please kthx :D

  • are you calling an anthropologist like me a liar? i want to study your thai history and proof its authenticity origin. i proof that thai actually built ancient temple like the one in thailand occupied mostly by khmer buriram

  • blah blah blah :) keep replying :D ure just wasting ur time hahahah :D

  • according to you, you call me an anthropologist a liar? you don't believe when i tell you that khmers built every ancient monuments in SEA.

  • you will never convince me of thailand created muay thai when you cannot tell me the word muay and boran. you will never convince the world that you thailand built preah vihear. but an anthropologists are convinced that khmers ruled SEA 1,000 years ago.

  • what? blah blah blah? i guess u have a lot of time :)

  • just to let you know im not reading anything u are writing lol :D

  • its mean ancient old fashion old style the past. and y u keep asking the same question everywhere. if u hate thai so much then leave thier video..u must itch when u see a thai video. itch to come in and start shit huh. if u wanna call it kun khmer who stoping u? but u cant stop people from calling it muaythai. the world knows it as muaythai. thai had the money to promote it. they make it famouse and all sudden u khmer come out of your hiding spot and want a piece of that fame? i dont think so

  • Comment removed

  • i'll beat you with my bokator moves.

  • bokator muay thai muay boran muay loas its all veriations of the same fecking thing

  • don't let me do the hurricane kick on you.

  • no one stoping u to promote kun khmer,. but stop hating on thai for making this sport popular. by the way go to your kun khmer video not here. and plus kun khmer look nothing like this style your style is slopping and it sucks. this style fast and accurate. thailand has over 20 fighting combat art. muaychaiya muay pranakorn muay lai tai, muay lanna, muay khorat. muay suer lakharng. so your saying all this belong to u? i dont think so. does wushu belong to u to? nope thats china

  • @Nakorn24

khmer is the one who start this thing

but thai just make it a little diferent

    and don't get me wrong

thai where born from cambodia in the middle ages time

thats why thai talk and do things like khmer

    becouse they are brothers

  • @PPP777HHH It's story funny. But the fact that Cambodia is a city in Thailand. In the past, Khmer, Thai boxing is losing the battle. Cambodia is trying to imitate a Muay Thai.

  • @TheLomesan haha Khmer empire back than was as big that it nearly take out all of the space of south east Asia. if Khmer was a city of Thailand then Thai must be as big as china back then which is totally false. take your time and research carefully buddy. ;)

  • @TheLomesan In the past, the city of Cambodia. Thailand, Cambodia to the French. Thailand is one country that does not cover and is madeup of one. Which country is the country lagged behind in development.

  • right man, youre 15 and u ar asking us...what?of course you can start. You are in the right age for everything.Oh and by the way, you wont learn to fight in a week, but yes you should relax..salute:)

  • relax...i start learn muay thai just last week and now i already can fight with someone

  • yeh its kinda, get hard quick.

  • so cool

  • i'd like to start it now, but i think its too late or ? pls help me, im 15 years old, and i wanna learn it!

    thx

  • lol its never to layte =P u can start when ur 40 if u wanted theres a green belt in my class that started when he was 50 so yea its never too late to start martial arts

  • thank you guy, ill start learning this :D

  • hey dont worry kid, im 16 and am takin up 2 martial arts at the moment, i love it.

  • yea mate i have been doing mauy thai for 2 years now, black rank. and i started when i was 17. the fact of the matter is the older u are the better, because in reality a piss weak kid cant do shit in a fight. whereas if u learn it when ur more mature then u are able to use it more effectively because ur more built and more coordinated, etc etc

  • u are wrong i am 15 and been doing martial arts for a while my main style right now is tkd and dosent matter ur age or strenth and stuff and its a proven fact if u start younger and keep doin it ull be better than some 1 that started at like ur age or w/e cuz there more experanced

  • i fight with somebody hwo get no martial arts and its really works

  • Black rank is the rank of a proper instructor.

  • 's never too late man

  • no your fine to start im 13nd i do it but ive bin doing tae kwon do 4 5yearz but i asked my instructor and he said even if your 40 ur not to late ( i thinkkkk dat lil bit tho hehe 40)

  • i do muay thai and there's no need to be afraid of it

da only one dat shud be afraid is da guy ur attackin!

  • see 0:19 to 0:21 the guys missing a tooth. may be from a blow

  • lol id laugh if those banana trees or wateva are owned by somebody and that soembody jus runs at em with a fkn rake or something lol. but seriuosly tho that kinda training wud really toughen you up. id do muay thai but i seen injuries and their nasty.

  • ive been in it for 10 years, theyre rough at the start ya know, but after awhile your body just gets to hardened and use to the blows. no normal street fighter could come close to giving you a bloody nose =P

  • ram ud be surprized how many st fighters could mes martial artist up

  • martial artist maybe. but not muay thai. ive done a few "underground" tournament and street fighters flock to those. so do 'real' martial artists. ive never seen a street fighter win one, ever. sure run of the mill yellow-brown belt maybe.

  • im said that cuz no a day people just hand out belt people like dont even deserve them 90% of the time

  • with a lot of martial arts today yea sure ill give you that. but you cannot say that a street fighter can take a skilled muay thai practition. the sheer amount of relentless damage dished out to them is incredible. not to mention my friends that i wrestle around with say its like theyre getting hit with a brick. american karate ill give you, muay thai, i will not. unless its like someones first month

  • depends on what and where you learn and on the fighters. if your enemy outpowers you in terms of strength, reaction and speed, it will get hard, if he also has more experience, he will win. if youre greatly skilled, but learn something "weak", you might lose to someone who is untalented, but using a hard style. all in all, it comes down to a lot of different factors. But muay thai is within the strongest and hardest styles there are for sure. i just started kickboxing with a bit Muay thai.

  • yea ive been in muay thai for 10 years now and all my friends that are in martial arts usually only want to spar me once >.> theyre like yea cant be that bad. -after- ok im done. forever. were never doing this again. its amusing :P

  • well, i dont know you, but im pretty sure i can understand them well^^;

in my opinion muay thai rocks ,last wednessday i got to practice some elbow-techniques( well, it were only 2 xD) and they are soooo much fun^^ though i definetly wouldnt want to get hit by something like that xD

  • elbows are my favorite tehniques to use since i have boney ones lol. especially the spinning back elbow? classic, its my favorite k0 move. with some training in muay thai youll massacre anyone on the street who messes with you lol

  • lol hey, thats cheating! mother nature gave you an unfair advantage xD

i dont want to massacre people. i only want to beat them up good if it has to be =D

"Sir *forgot the name*, What is Karate about?" "Karate was developed to defend yourself, strenghten your body and soul [talks and talks]"

"Sir *Yeah, im bad with names-.-*, what is Muay Thai about?" "Muay Thai, eh? It's 'bout killing People."

I loved that interview^^ gotta search for it again.

  • heh yes, that one is great. do you practice anything else? I've been in togakure ryu ninjutsu as well for 15 years. godan ryu atm. I dont really use this stuff for massacreing people but its good to know. should you need it, youll be more than qualified.

  • well, it sounds kinda strange but i actually also train aikido (i started both at about the same time) though i spend much more time on muaythai and kickboxing. since im quite young but had no chance to start with martial arts at a younger age i started as soon as i could. its interesting to practice martial arts with totally different targets, im sure to use aikido in actual combat you have to be trained veeeeery well. but its interesting in its own style (though i love the staff-fight most^^)

  • you started martial arts at a very young age, right? how old have you been?

  • i wanna go to that kind of training

  • IV BEEN TO THAILAND LOADS OF TIMES COS MY MATE IS A FIGHTHER AN THE THAI'S ARE LIKE FUCKIN MACHINES THERE AMAZIN FIGHTERS :) ... I LOVE MUAY THAI ;)

AN IF ANYONE IS WONDERIN WHO MY MATE IS ??

ITS DALE WHITE FROM (Nongkee Pahuyuth) GYM UK

  • Bet I'm better,

  • Bruce Lee practiced Wing Tzun.

  • bruce lee style is Jeet kune do dumbassssss

  • Jeet Kune Do is a philosophy that he created about martial arts. It's not an actual style. Wing Tzun is the style of Kung Fu that he practiced. And learn to spell "DUMB ASS".

  • ok miss thaaaanggggg
