  • how did you color the pages??

  • question... you've written a lot of stuff in there, what do you write about?

  • Cool. I like the NIN playing in the background, too. Ruiner ftw.

  • I have a similar notebook and I use it to help me keep track of the WWE roster. Definitely buying moleskine :-)

  • Who's on the cover? Is that Brian Molko??

  • @HalluciNation99 Actually it's Johnny Depp, lol. Thanks for watching!

  • I really like your fearlessness. You USE that journal. Very inspiring.

  • @theflightyartist Thanks! I can tell you connect with the journaling experience :) I am honored to receive such a compliment, and I'm happy that I can share my journaling experiences with like minded people--, I just wish I had more time to record and edit footage! There's a lot that I just haven't posted.

  • The Big Bang Theory reference made me smile :) You made my day!

  • Very creative ! inspired me to do sth similar

  • wow - amazing! Do you have other moleskine? Please show it! ;)

  • @czokledd Thanks for checking out the vid! I do have other moleskines. I have a lot more footage of my journals in general but there's more to take and I haven't gotten the chance to edit it yet. But if you stay tuned you'll see more :) You can find a picture gallery on my website, too; it's my username dot com. Thanks for your viewership!

  • kish mish = raisin. is that your cat or something?

  • You smell your new Moleskine's? So do I!!! Maybe everyone does I don't know...

  • is that the large?

  • @summerinthewoods yes, that is in fact a large. Some moleskines are available in extra large, and if you want them even bigger than that, you can choose from their Portfolio collection. There's quite a range of sizes.

  • will you be making tutorials?? i would love to subscribe if you do ^_^

  • @jjk5315 That is an excellent suggestion! Unforch I can not show much of my active journal work because of my camera/software, I can not speed up video.

I would love your subscription but I will be honest: because of my time commitments, I can only post one or two videos a month, so to have an ENTIRE video dedicated to tutorial only is unlikely, esp. because I like to keep them short, as that is the vlog trend. But I will include tips and strategies in the future. Thanks for your comment :-)

  • NICE VIDEO!) llike it very much)

as for you creative thinking +1000000 =)

btw, how many pages in this Moleskine?

(wanna buy exactly like this) ;-)

  • @Adinaaaaaaaaa Thank you for your comment! This moleskine is the large sketchbook model. It has 50 sheets~100 pages. Very thick paper. The large plain notebook model will give you twice as many blank pages but they'll be thinner. You can also get a larger size if you purchase from the Portfolio collection; personally I thought the large (as shown here) was a bit too small.

  • @shethewriter >>>> actually I thought that way...tnx a lot for yr help! I'm so exciting coz this will be my first MOLESKINE and yr video force me to buy it) heelll yeah! I'm just happy) ;)

  • @Adinaaaaaaaaa lol, moleskine owes me a cut of their money! Glad to be of help ^^ Have lots of fun with your new moleskine!

  • @Adinaaaaaaaaa that is a large size sketchbook moleskine, it has 100 sheets, I think. happy journaling!

  • Nine Inch Nails, yeyy! I just loved your Moleskine! :)

  • @gauziski NIN FTW! Thanks for your comment :-)

  • Haha I love moleskines writeing and getting new journals the bad thing is Ivan never figure out what to write about? Lol :P what do youu write about 5/5

  • @antoniomanley anything

  • I just realized that I have the exact same bracelet as you. The red bead magnetic one, right on!

  • @ChouLian23 I love those magnetic things

  • Love your moleskine, and I LOVE the NIN song in the background, my fav band. I love writing in my journal but I've been stumped lately, want a new journal or something, need motivation! :( oh well, love your vid though, it gave me some inspirations...

  • @ChouLian23 glad to meet someone else who loves NIN! those sounds really inspire me. I've been stumped lately too! my new art journal has been found lacking... it's going really slow. I totally can't draw so it's not easy. I'm more inclined to just write long boring entries in my ruled journal. I almost bought a new journal for inspiration today, too! I know I don't really need to but sometimes starting a new one really helps....

  • ii am a writer and an artist and ii'm just as nutty as u are ( :-D) ... you so inspire me ... love ya!!

  • Im only like 6 or 7 pages into my current moleskine. Its so hard to find motivation these days

  • same here! the new moleskine that you see in the video is hardly filled still. the first one was easy but now that I'm on my second one I feel inadequate. Plus I can't draw so there's barely anything in there.

  • yeah. I think I might put mine on youtube once it's finished

  • Wow--that's absolutely beautiful! What a neat way to journal. Love it.

  • thanks! It was a lot of fun.

  • jeez! that was really cool. I wish I had the the creativity and skill to make such a journal xd I absolutely loved it! You're a writer? What do write? Novels ? : ) I write myself ^^,

  • yeah, I write novels! I hate it. But it's great. I'm so glad you like my journal :-) I'm CERTAINLY no artist. You could probably make a much better journal. I'm still kind of a novice at that type of journaling, to be perfectly honest.

  • hah xd I thought it was really artistic anyway xd i love novels and books and writing. I love to read novels made by "ordinary" people, if I can put it that way xd anyways; do you have a livejournal or something? Where you post your stories ands stuff? xd this is maybe a weird request xd lol , sorry

  • lol, no, it's not weird. ^.^ I used to post my writing online but I've stopped. I want to vlog about my characters in the future, though. but my books aren't published. :-( so I have to be careful. do you have some place where you post your writing?

  • HHEEEEHEEEEEEEE! Earthboyyy! He's so cute. And you better not duct tape over Mr. Pan in your new journal or I will be quite upset.

  • @Mickey098z coloring earth boy was fun! he's my favorite drawing.

alright, i won't klll mr. pan. but i'm holding him hostage, mwahaha

  • oh Wow

    :)

  • lol thanks. It was a lot of fun.

  • very coool! i have a cardboard skin. Is that any good?

  • @inasyounis1 heehee, it is, if it's made by the moleskine brand, lulz. Moleskine notebooks are expensive but they're THE BEST. once I tried it I realized I couldn't ever use a different brand of notebook.

  • This was awesome! Thanks for sharing... your creativity is contagious :)

I've got 2 moleskines right now... one is an art journal and the other is the journal I've been reading from in my videos. Once I finish them I think I'd like to do my next one as an amalgamation of the two. Right now one is artistic and the other is pretty much just words. I think when the two are combined like yours, it becomes magical.

And holy cow! One month? That's ridiculously impressive!

  • @WhisperSister Thanks for watching! Yeah, combining the art and the writing was an interesting experience... But sometimes I just like to write pages and pages, and they don't feel worthy enough to be in an art journal. That's why I'm going to try separating them again.... when I see the orange stickers from the cat litter box it makes me snigger. I was surprised I finished that journal so quickly, too!

  • @WhisperSister btw you were right when you said things tend to happen at exactly the right time! That book I mentioned in the beginning: I had a chance encounter with it, and I totally got into it. In it my childhood hero got amnesia and forgot who he was! I totally related, and in the end he remembers who he is. And I just found out there's about twenty other books about him that I never read as a kid, so I'm going to read them now... that book was a real wake up call.

  • One month?! My gosh. You're amazing. (This was really cool to see, seriously. I bet you'll enjoy looking back at this stuff in years to come.)

  • @reggieman721 I hope so! I really enjoy looking back at my old journals now. That's the quickest I've ever finished a journal! And there's so much stuff in it. I was really surprised by myself. But then again it's only about a hundred pages.
