When it's fully closed does it open via exhaust pressure partially?? I wanted to ask this because if it's fully closed then how will gases pass through pipe. Please reply.

It does not close 100% or else it would break my exhaust cam? It only close to about 90%, also when close you have to be carefull not to drive fast

where in the exhaust did you install the ECV?

whoa that's a DRAMATIC difference. Its not recommended to push the car at all fully closed is it?
