@CallOfDuty33333 You need to have previously made backups, but you're better off deleting all the files in C:\Program Files\Mircosoft Games\Fable - The Lost Chapters\ and then reinstalling

How did you get all of the levels fixed into just a few different maps? I've tried this new world mod before and like almost everyone else i have had my share of problems and crashes but all i really want to know is how did you combined most of the maps together like how you can just go to the picnic area without a loading screen.

ok i officially fixed the crash so were i messed up is making backup files so could you explain to me how to do that so the new world will work?

my game still isnt fixed i think i know what happened but i need to ask you if this could of done or caused this. when i first installed this i drag and dropped the folders instead of using the installer not knowing it was there so when i noticed nothing changed i researched it and found out about the installer and used that could that of caused the problem?

@candlejack101 I don't think it could have... did you delete the Data folder as well? Because that is where the data files are. I don't think the installer could be the problem. The reason you are having trouble is because the fable installer won't erase files that have been modded like Game.bin or Graphics.big, so you need to delete them first so the installer works properly. These files are in the data folder in the Fable - The Lost Chapters folder. Delete that folder and then reinstall

I don't get it, does it make it a full world like the Grand theft auto games environment or what? Or did you make a new map?

@FatetheHedgehog Nah, there's not really a bunch you can do with fable. Really I just sacrificed the ability for the game to work properly for cool map transitions and new weapons. Not what I intended, of course, but fable modding isn't particularly stable or intuitive

hey uh after this week i was actually able to get this running, and its great! nice job man, but uh....... im kinda stuck on the orchard farm quest....... i choose to protect it and i cant seem to get the quest or cutscene started. u know how i can fix that?

Uninstall fable, then delete the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Fable - The Lost Chapters\

Then you can install fable again. Sorry my mod is so buggy

okay ive installed the mod, but for a reason fable crashes everytime im launching the game. luckily ive made a copy. is it maybe because i have the german version of fable?

It really is a cool mod, but... It makes the game way too glitchy. My main problem was that several cut scenes only appear when you enter a certain region. now that so many are joined together, it disrupts the flow of the game. It also makes the game completely incompatible with any other mods to point where you can't even use Fable explorer because you've changed the layout of the game too much. It was fun to try once, but until some of these problems are worked out, it will just have to wait.
