  • Superb! Mozart would approve. This is sublime music.

  • @nanabexhoeft Sublime, you got that word from watching Amadeus, dont lie LOL!

  • your watching a smokin hottie solo mozart and your talking about god

  • FANTASTIC ... THANKS

  • holyshit stay on topic people

  • Thank you for pointing that out, though I was aware, I am agnostic which I addressed in my point to prove how even a mind open to the possibilities of something where a certain degree of faith is required can still have no believe in god or the Christian faith what so ever due to its countless flaws. Sorry to any Christians out there this is just my view of the debate.

  • If you are an agnostic then you are undecided whether or not there is a god. Today we use the term Atheist for those who do not believe there is god.

  • I'm sorry are you people debating the exsistance of God. I think it's quite plainly clear that God does not exsist for multiple reasons, anyone who can still believe in God (in my opinion) in modern day having seen how science pulls its theories apart, having seen how christians are desperatly grasping on to non-exsistant evidence is bewildering to me. And yes all of that is coming from an Agnostic who is fiffteen years old.

  • @fragalrock555 If you are an agnostic then you are undecided whether or not there is a god. Today we use the term Atheist for those who do not believe there is god.

  • @DrMontague “I know. I do not need to believe in God; I know.”

  • @fragalrock555

Ok guys really, stop it, this video has nothing to do with God. Just calm your tits. Also see: Godwin's Law.

  • Science took for example from the bible the worlds creation

Look In the bible god created light, Big Bang was first in science and that explosion must have generated a lot of light.

God created the earth and first there were only water, In science the earth had a lot of water, God created first fishes "water animals" then plants, birds and "land creatures" and last the human. Science explains that too but with other words.

I think you get it even if the order of events weren't exact.

  • @concorde123100 You are talking absolute bollocks. Why would an omnipotent omnscient god need to take s rip from adam to make him a woman? Surely he would have willed her into exitence without having to do surgery. Life on this planet evolved. We are all the product of evolution. The bible got it wrong. There was no Adam an Eve

  • @fragalrock555 explore Buddhism before you give up your search.

  • @fragalrock555

I think you're an Agnostic Atheist. Agnostic is an adjective, not a religious belief, meaning not knowing for sure. Because by default you live under the assumption there is no god but do not claim to know for sure, that makes you an atheist of the agnostic variety.

For more clarity check out Richard Dawkins' scale of atheism/theism.

  • Very nice

  • se mueve demasiado

  • bravo superbe

  • ใหญ่มากๆ 5555+

  • Mozart, un genio, un maestro, una expresion de la evolucion del espiritu humano, una estetica sin limite en el tiempo, por eso, cuando todo pase, esto sera eterno...

  • They sure took their time to start clapping there.

  • Dear god,

please take bieber and give us mozart back

    :D

  • my favourite mozart concerto

  • soo GREAT!! My favorite classical piece!!!

  • @FiddlerAdam May I dare add: to perceive and understand even beyond emotions. Music -art in general - brings us back to the amazing miracle of our perception.... feeling how it opens us to "sense" in a gesture, the light, the air that carries the sound, and the moment we are experiencing joyfully.....

  • Thumbsup if you think this is brilliant :P

  • Wow! Just wow! Amazing! <3

  • Is anyone here familiar with a good bit of violin songs ? i need to ask something

  • WOW!

  • มันเป็นอะไรที่สุดยอด

  • Soo. What cadenza is this? xD

  • grande violinista GRAN BELLA FIGAAAAAAAA

  • @ca66yo Shes just showing her passion as she plays.. when were into a certain song or piece of music we all do our own littles things, like either make facial expressions or do something else. Dont bash on her for that..

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW is amazing, ;D

  • @alexryuzaki no entiendo mucho pero quizas siente mucho la musica quizas sea por eso sus movimientos

  • beatyfull girl :D

  • que Guapaaaaaaa la muchacha :$ =$ =$ =$ linda :$

  • Well, that figures. Janine is on my list and I am on hers. Challenging. No wonder I so appreciate her music and no wonder she is such a beautiful musician. Her natal deconate is in Taurus.

  • Bravo magnifico concerto,me faz sentir mais perto de Deus ..Obrigada a todos vcs

  • thanks for this Magnificent Concerto.Bravo.

  • Phrasing is the result of understanding the printed score and translating it

all into sound that reflects and realizes the printed score and the instructions given

by the composer -there is much more but this would do for a start .

  • 0:50

  • Beautiful! GOD BLESS!

  • Such a disappointment that not as many likes classical music any longer, it is such a gorgeous art that will never be forgotten, our music today, might as well be. All you need now is a synthesizer and other computer programs to alter the real sound of music and you have everyone in love with you if you know certain celebrities. There is no longer much talent in the music industry any longer.

  • Absolutely beautiful. I'm sure I only have another decade or so before I play like that ;-)

  • ¡¡¡Excelente Concierto!!! ¡¡¡Excelente intérprete!!!

  • Her phrasing is not that good -sort of almost there type . especially the opening

She is a good fiddle player but not much of an artist in this work .

  • @dziady1 I'm new to the world of violin and classical music so this is a true-blue honest question.... how can someone be classified as an artist while playing classical music? Also, please elaborate more on her phrasing to help me understand what you are saying. Thanks. ;)

  • Bravo !! Parabéns !

  • She's hot!

  • trolling around

  • FUCK MOZART,HAYDN FOREVER!!!!

  • HERR MOZART

  • very refreshing :) i like it :)

  • this is simply lovely

  • Ms. Jansen is quite a looker........great tune as well ;)

  • grandiosa melodía y hermosa ella!

  • Amazingly AWESOME!!!!!!!

  • Is that you palying the violin in the flesh green dress? If it is, then you are amazing with the people behind you, they're amazing!, If not, Well, Thank you for at least sharing this video. :D

  • I got puffed up a little watching her...

  • la escucho la escucho y la escucho y jamas me canso creo que tal belleza jamas se cansa uno de escuchar,.....

  • Beautiful!!!

  • Is her bowing able to keep up with her fingering? I see a bit of Salerno Sonenberg

  • It´s funny to see and hear that Ashkenazy leads the orchestra a little bit too slow for Jansen´s taste - for my taste as well. If she wouldn´t have influenced the orchestra to follow her faster tempo it could have been a pretty boring concert. Ashkenazy just isn´t a conductor - but a brilliant pianist.

  • Excellent.

  • Is anybody listening? The path between the ears is the brain. Shut up & listen!

  • The violin is to far in the background. Julia is the featured soloist and the violin should be brought forth with a bit more gusto instead of like a small mouse hideing in the cornor.

  • @Klaaaan1

Sorry - not true. Did you ever hear concerts like this live? Then you would know that the balance is pretty good. She only has one violin and stands in front of a full orchestra (even if Mozart knew to create space for the solo violin of course).

  • Sweet, sweet music.

  • DrMontague, what happened to your channel? I can't get in there to see the rest of your wonderful videos. :-\

  • @imperiumdiaboli As you will see by my other videos I do not simply upload music. I love to debate. However some dic head creationists were using my channel to follow me around youtube to see where I was commenting. They would then flag my comments as spam or give my comments negative votes.in order to censor my comments . These were the lowlife tactics they would use to censor intellectual debate. I will reopen my channel to the public the creationist scum have probably gave up.

  • @DrMontague Okay, I figured something like that probably happened. Don't rush to re-open your channel for my sake, though. I really thought you had just plain disappeared from YouTube, and then I noticed your videos were still posted just this week.

  • @imperiumdiaboli Going to reopen my channel. Those who were spamming my comments have probably give up

    by now.

  • @DrMontague All right, just didn't want to feel like I was pressuring you.

  • @DrMontague religion is for poor, uneducated, stubborn, annoying and overall just plain stupid people indeed. If they're so die-hard it's rather useless to have debate when one party is not ready to change opinion. You'd much faster join their psychopathic religions rather than they giving up the only thing they perceive as having a point in their life. Sad, sad people and very unfortunate that history turned out this way to allow all that. Don't bother with these people mate.

  • @alex007152 Just popped in to my mind that was'nt Mozart a Roman Catholic? Don't wanna be a party pooper but it's also abit rude to call religious people stupid aswell, the world has alot to thank ordinary people who were religious for the things they had accomplished including Mozart and many others.

  • @sungmoon1987 Yes well Hitler was a Roman Catholic and considered his "accomplishments" for the good of God too as he wrote in Mein Kampf. If you're looking for religious progressive scientists with true accomplishments look no further than Michael Faraday and others prior to natural selection becoming central to most of science. Slightly lost my temper earlier after debating some fascist fanatics who'd give up their life for a leprechaun and a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow...

  • @alex007152 Actually the founder of the Big Bang Theory was a Catholic Priest...Nobody who believes in God thinks that He is a leprechaun or a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Only you seem to equate the two, which is a misunderstanding of what theism or natural theology is about.

  • @AdversusHaereses Believing in god is the same principle as believing a leprechaun. You can have brilliant scientists who have a psychological yearning for the gods. It's called delusion.

  • @DrMontague Actually we have no evidence that leprechauns exist and not only that, we have good proof that leprechauns don't exist. God on the other hand, there are many arguments proving his existence. We cant start by the argument of contingency, all things visible are contingent and require a necessary explanation for their existence. They are not necessary things. If all things which are contingent did not always exist, then there must be a being who is necessary and is existence itself.

  • @AdversusHaereses Faith: belief without proof (online dictionary). There isn't one argument that proves the existence of the gods this is why theists have faith. We are aware of there is a universe but this does not prove there is a god or gods.

  • @DrMontague Actually there are several definitions to the word faith. Strong conviction of the truth of something is one of them. We all have faith in many things that we take for granted because we assume their existence. Take for example the scientific method. We have faith that it is a credible means by which we can have natural knowledge of the world. The universe was most likely caused by another entity, contingent or not, we must have faith that it did not spontaneously pop into being!

  • @AdversusHaereses 1. confidence or trust in a person or thing: faith in another's ability.2.belief that is not based on proof: He had faith that the hypothesis would be substantiated by fact.3.belief in God or in the doctrines or teachings of religion: the firm faith of the Pilgrims.4.belief in anything, as a code of ethics, standards of merit, etc.: to be of the same faith with someone concerning honesty.

5.a system of religious belief: the Christian faith; the Jewish faith.

  • @AdversusHaereses Which definition are you referring to? Non of the definitions of faith I have provided you from the dictionary claim that faith proves of the existence of the gods.

  • @sungmoon1987 theres a difference between being religious and a fanatic. muslims are ok. till they become fanatics and declare holy war

  • @DrMontague , don't worry doctor ,may be they're gay and want to suck your dick ! Anyway I love this violinist with het little boobs ( I used to love big boobs , but now I became easy for boobs )!

  • Talent and beauty, what a combination!! she is flawless, I loved it!!

  • I think the Double Basses are sexy, very sexy :)

  • We can see how it actually moves and lives..

  • One of my all time favorite Mozart masterpieces. A genius and thanks for uploading, really enjoyed.

  • 2:25..OMG,so nervouse moment in this concert..we all are human of course.oh!dear Mozart, you are so hard.

  • @everythinginyou

heheh. Imagine actually being lucky enough to see Mozart the genius himself perform this wonderful piece.

Alas! but we have to settle for artists who will never touch the greatness of the originator (still excellently played however).

  • @SqueezeMyLemonBabe You're absolutly right i think ..

  • =) if i could play like this...

  • awzome!!!!

  • nice..

  • wow just magnificent .Bravo!!!!!! thanks for this music.cheers!!

  • Conductor's turtle neck = Awesome.

  • She plays very elegantly :)

  • I love everything about her play and this video, but couldn't anyone get her a normal dress, something elegant but as playful as her self. This one is horrible, kills her figure!

  • i like her hair

  • You play like an Angel flies. You have truly been blessed. Time is running out, make the best of it.

  • FANTASTICA!!The best!

  • No es demasidao histrionica ? Igual me muero de envidia !!

  • She is fine and consistant in her interpretation how ever unmusical and

that dreadful 1st. movement cadenza !!

She mistakes vibrato for pure sound .

  • who is that violin player? thankful for answers... she´s quite a bombshell :-)

  • I've been playing the violin since I was 8-9 years old now, but I'll never become as good as this! :D Still, I practice in hope of getting better and better... This music is just so beautiful :')

  • @DarkMagicSeptember Keep practicing. With your efforts and with the right coach, you'll be able to play like that someday.

  • lovely looking violinist

  • i like this!!! wow so good!!

  • Do you love Mozart and want to make a difference through his music? The 40 Hour Mozart4Good Marathon is connecting people all the world to make this happen. Please watch MOZART NEEDS YOU and vote today!

  • She is great performer!!Bravo!

    poicpi

  • My comment? Removed? My comment was in support of performers--like Janine Jansen--giving visual support of their musical ideas, through movement. My goodness! Why in the world would such a positive comment be removed? Dr. Montague, you disappoint me.

  • @RameshChotanagour I don't understand how your comment has been removed. I cannot even remember which comment you posted. I only block foul sexual comments, I do not block intelligent comments. Please fee

    l free to repost.

  • It's unfortunate that such delightful music has been tarnished by some crude language. It's like two very different worlds colliding...

  • I really enjoy her playing, she sounds so alive! I really enjoyed her Britten Violin concerto too

  • omg if i was her i would be scared that dress might fall off!(

  • i love to play it to marybeth

  • i dont care what people say i like you voilin playing, you are very talented.

  • благодаря!!!

  • pourquoi elle bouge de meme

  • It is amazing how stupid biased people persist to defend boring violinists. I sense that her small town clan is jumping to her defense. It is all too apparent to me that she plays at the level of a high school concertmisstress and nothing more. I am amused and I also feel sorry for the uneducated or miseducated masses who argue from a lower vantage point, musically speaking. I say this earnestly and without spite.

  • :-)

  • i dont ger why they dont like it

  • I find it a very appealing interpretation. I studied it a few years ago and am reviewing it, so watching her play lightly reminds me of what my teacher was teaching me about mozart's style. his style is difficult because it's so simple.

  • Wow, it's the same conductor of the interpretation of A. Suwanai of the Sibelius Violin Concert.

    /watch?v=Fz2iGPbJPjI

  • people please, don't write novels here! This is not your personal blog site

  • @Rahetor2 lool

  • Excellent.

  • for the last 2 minute i keep thinking that the e string is abt to break.o_o

  • @freeqwerqwer Then how does dhe get picked to perform at the prestigious BBC proms ?! She is frequently played on BBC radio 3, this radio station doesn't deal with shit. I heard several other performances of this particular piece but personally i prefer this one. It appears from the d by the that many others agree. I certainly never heard her being slated by the critics.

  • @DrMontague, the answer lies in experience which you island locals over there have a horrible lack of if you consider her your starlet. Instead of blindly accepting BBC 3's word, you might like to review other interpretations of this concerto yourself to sharpen your own opinion. The reason she isn't pounded by the critics is because she has lined up goody dates with them.

  • @freeqwerqwer spoken like a true amatuer who would not know which end of the instrument to shove up their arse.

  • @freeqwerqwer what a prat you are. Jealous eh?

  • @freeqwerqwer and how many cds do you have behind your self to support your claims or to make me take your comment serious in anyway? Maybe we could discuss if the performance is too romantic, but anyway that is just a subjective opinion and - she is great

  • @mozup0, so you persist to stand by lousy artists? Her supporters, like yourself, are either falsetto musicians or a non-musicians but I'm going to guess that you are a member of this inferior orchestra.

  • @freeqwerqwer you are the most, pompous, ignorant piece of musical trash i've ever seen. jealous? yeah you should be. i am. but instead of criticizing her playing which is beautiful, why don't you use your jealousy to strive to be like the great violinist she is. that's what i'm doing. so stop wasting your time, and go play your violin with your "virtuoso" skills. and she's merely following dynamics. go learn how to interepret music yourself ignorant bastard. go quit music.

  • @danielparkkk, u sound like a member of this punk orchestra

  • @freeqwerqwer "Sense of Mozart"? Please explain / demonstrate what this "sense of mozart" is. The fact that you exaggerate about her being not talented is ridiculous because you would have to be 1) an extremely talented musician (which you clearly are not) 2) an arrogant critic who only knows how to use words to offend others. I'm guessing you are the latter ehh?

  • @NimbleTurtle13, I don't know if I am responding to a 13 yr old hothead or the fiddler's protective mother but, based on your #13, I'll assume it's the former. So, son, sit down and cool down. I'm not trying to be mean but, believe me, she ain't worth a warm spit for a 2nd hearing consideration. To be kind, she does have some talent but to be a distinguished professional player one must not merely play notes but make music. She's not communicating at all. Mozart would frown on her.

  • @freeqwerqwer Stop being a pretentious idiot. You're not the only one who sees the necessary grace in Mozart's music so stop trying to sound like you are. I own about 50 different recordings of the Mozart piano concerto and symphonies alone. I doubt you understand the art of interpretation at my level. Why bother to comment and criticize if you can't even recommend a better recording?Didn't mommy ever tell you if you're not going to say anything nice, you might as well keep it to yourself?

  • @NimbleTurtle13, When listening, check to see if he understands his material then examine his skills in executing the piece. On YouTube, Isaac Stern has a good sense of Mozart and pretty good violin bowings; Josef Suk has good timing and understanding of Mozart but doesn't play the violin with finesse; Krylov has good articulation and plays dynamically but doesn't have Mozart's spirit; Mutter understands but executes not well; don't bother w/ perlman, shalam, Menuhin, & ditto for this Janine

  • @freeqwerqwer Again. How do you know what the Mozart spirit is, have you miraculously got original recordings of Mozart himself conducting his own orchestra?! If you haven't got original recordings of Mozart himself then any notion you have of how Mozart's music should be played can only be subjective. If you don't like this interpretation then that's fair enough but for fuck sake stop claiming that you the only fucker on the planet that knows how Mozart conducted and played his music.

  • @NimbleTurtle13 , It's hard to teach Mozart lessons in a few words to a bigoted amateur like yourself. But if you'll lay down your stubborness for a moment, maybe your ear might pick up something new. To get "a sense of Mozart" one must comprehend his period's classic ideals and elegance. His music is very clean and pristine. He aims to delight always.

Anyhow, besides poor timing, she plays his music yoked in tearful maudlin emotionalism, befitting only a dive bar but not a concert hall

  • @freeqwerqwer

I awesome you are being sarcastic? She is so talented. Also, what does her physical appeal have to do with her playing? You're sad.

  • @freeqwerqwer Unless you have original recordings of Mozart which obviously you cannot have then how the fuck do you known how he really played his own music? Sheet music cannot give all the info you need. Also don't forget not all people went to see Mozart. There were lots of orchestras who played his music yet non might have even seen or heard Mozart conduct. The people who heard his music first hand are long dead. Your probably no more than a jealous 'Gut Scraper.'

  • @freeqwerqwer So can you produce your own version or better yet how about how it was was originally played? The first maybe possible but I doubt the second could ever happen within your life time. So in all reality can you even make a comment that can be fully supported. As the uploader commented "The people who heard his music first hand are long dead" so I doubt you could. Now as for you as a person you either made your comment because you're a pompous ass or one who wants to cause strife.
