It is "Brown Rice" which has not been already hydrated and ready to cook. Not to be confused with "white rice". White rice is brown rice that was sanded down to the core, this causes flavor and nutrients to be lost. I need to get a vitamixer, mine takes much longer and keeps getting stuck. I heard you can buy a brand new solid white shirt and wash it with water and use that to strain. Coffee filters will break. A single layer of cheese cloth would not work, use more.
Hi,
For your rice milk, can you tell me do you long grain or short grain brown rice and what your ratio is of rice to water?
Thanks for the video!

How do you get rid of the 'chalky' taste in the rice milk?
