In extraction, you go to the Ishimura, and rape almost all Necros, then get off. Then, Isaac comes in, does the same thing, and now he's going back. Btw, the hand on the cover of DS1, it's Nate's, in extraction you have to shut off the cannons, while returning, a necro sticks a blade through his hand. He cuts it off so he doesn't lose oxygen.
