@dnelly Actually these things do fly but as I am sure you allready guessed no it is not antigravity. This is a very basic version of ion propulsion. The electic field around the wire ionizes the air around it causing it to be drawn to the negatively charged foil below to produce thrust. The strings are to hold it steady because it is not stable by its self. It wouldn't kill you if it shocked you but you still don't want it flailing around wildly because the shock stings like hell.
@winterstellar Actually this thing does fly... just not because of antigravity. It is ion wind. There are wires but those are actually holding it down not holding it up. There is a bare wire suspended about an inch or so above the aluminium foil which is charged with 20 kilovolts. This wire ionizes the air around it causing it to be drawn to the foil to create thrust. It is unstable and the wires are here to hold it level and keep it from just flailing wildly about the room.

@The2012beliver By the way Tesla worked on a way to transmit power wirelessly on a global scale. The key word there is TRANSMIT. He did not believe he could generate an infinate amount of energy for free using the method only that he could save the power companies money by not having to string up power lines all over the place. This is NOT anti-gravity! All this is is an ion wind generator (or ion thrust engine). It is not forbidden technology. The ion wind is large enough to lift the foil/balsa wood apparatus into the air. It's no more anti-gravity than flying a kite on a windy day, except this kite is making it's own wind.

ps this device is not anti-gravity - it obeys Newton's laws by the weight of the flier being balanced by the downthrust of those air molecules not reaching the foil below the charged wire, and the laws of conservation of energy by losing electrical energy (in the form of charger in the wire requiring replacement) for kinetic energy of the 'neutral' air molecules. If it worked in a vaccuum then it'd be super interesting. It is not disobeying newton's laws - by throwing down air/ionised air or whatever it is the same as a thruster in a rocket ie conserves momentum by floating up and staying in suspension

This is because it depends upon the unbalanced momentum of not all charged air molecules thrust downwads reaching the foil as they are interupted by 'neutral' air. Successful vacuum tests in 1959 3 miles from me at GE Space Center (now Lockheed Martin Space). Purdue University also confirmed vacuum operation in tooo. Electrostatics works in vacuum.

These tests were done with the ion engine mounted vertically, so it would spin, not lift from a horizontal position. Static electricity works in a vacuum, but this is not electrostatics, now is it. It is an ion thrust engine (horizontally oriented). That configuration does NOT work in a vacuum.

@Mart34 Onboard power was accomplishged by a professor in Tokyo in early spring of 2003 using a modified version of our ALPHA piezoelectric power unit, and also my client John Fiala flew one of my Beamship models with an onboard power module that he designed, several years ago. The higher the Voltage the greater is the attraction of the ion-cloud from the foil and the oppositely charged ion cloud positive in front of the cathode-plate, causing a wavelike distortion in spacetime, and the device rides this wave of modified spacetime into infinity as long as the charge is maintained. This is a term I am quite familliar with. What that means is that as the electricity moves through the air it creates a magnetic field around the air it moves through which interacts with a magnet on the device. That vehicle has absolutely nothing to do with antigravity at all. It is not even claimed to.

As for time dilation's with ion lifters just ask those that have tested for it and they will tell you. @1freedomfighter11 Yes that is correct if you measure the airflow it does indeed appear that the ion wind effect is insufficient. However It is not the downward airflow which causes the lift. You forget that the aluminum foil is also attracted to the ionized air. It would be like having two feathers being staticly drawn together and constantly moving one out of the reach of the other. The actual airflow is meaningless it is the upward attraction of the foil to the air which lifts the device.

I used to work with them extensively because I believed they could be used to put large solar panels in place above all cloud cover to overcome solar power's weakness of being useless on a cloudy day. @dnelly Actually these things do fly but as I am sure you allready guessed no it is not antigravity. This is a very basic version of ion propulsion. The electic field around the wire ionizes the air around it causing it to be drawn to the negatively charged foil below to produce thrust. The strings are to hold it steady because it is not stable by its self. It wouldn't kill you if it shocked you but you still don't want it flailing around wildly because the shock stings like hell.

@winterstellar Actually this thing does fly... just not because of antigravity. It is ion wind. There are wires but those are actually holding it down not holding it up. There is a bare wire suspended about an inch or so above the aluminium foil which is charged with 20 kilovolts. This wire ionizes the air around it causing it to be drawn to the foil to create thrust. It is unstable and the wires are here to hold it level and keep it from just flailing wildly about the room.

@The2012beliver By the way Tesla worked on a way to transmit power wirelessly on a global scale. The key word there is TRANSMIT. He did not believe he could generate an infinate amount of energy for free using the method only that he could save the power companies money by not having to string up power lines all over the place. Ofcourse he also believed it would be a more durable system as without power lines to be blowen down storms would not disrupt the flow of power as easily.

He stopped it because he noticed the animals in the area started acting strange when it was active and he feared it was hurting them. Tesla volentarily scrapped the project.

This is NOT anti-gravity! All this is is an ion wind generator (or ion thrust engine). It is not forbidden technology. The ion wind is large enough to lift the foil/balsa wood apparatus into the air. It's no more anti-gravity than flying a kite on a windy day, except this kite is making it's own wind.

ps this device is not anti-gravity - it obeys Newton's laws by the weight of the flier being balanced by the downthrust of those air molecules not reaching the foil below the charged wire, and the laws of conservation of energy by losing electrical energy (in the form of charger in the wire requiring replacement) for kinetic energy of the 'neutral' air molecules. It's no more anti-gravity than an apple which is supported by a desk.

This is because it depends upon the unbalanced momentum of not all charged air molecules thrust downwads reaching the foil as they are interupted by 'neutral' air. Vacuum tests conclusive also in 1955 in Paris France at Scoiete Nationale de Constructions Aeronautique. Successful vacuum tests in 1959 3 miles from me at GE Space Center (now Lockheed Martin Space). Purdue University also confirmed vacuum operation in tooo. Electrostatics works in vacuum.

These tests were done with the ion engine mounted vertically, so it would spin, not lift from a horizontal position. Static electricity works in a vacuum, but this is not electrostatics, now is it. It is an ion thrust engine (horizontally oriented). That configuration does NOT work in a vacuum.

Takaaki Musha showed at the 207 AIAA annual meeting that it is more efficient in vacuum. THe harder the vacuum the more efficient it is. I have a remote controlled helicoptor which by the way will lift with its power source attached ....... rather than flying with its power supply sitting on the ground, sourcing energy through dangling wires !!! .... What a joke this is !!!
If you put the power source (i.e. battery) on to your so called flying device, I bet you cannot even get that thing off the ground.

This is a term I am quite familliar with. What that means is that as the electricity moves through the air it creates a magnetic field around the air it moves through which interacts with a magnet on the device. That vehicle has absolutely nothing to do with antigravity at all. It is not even claimed to.

@1freedomfighter11 Yes that is correct if you measure the airflow it does indeed appear that the ion wind effect is insufficient. However It is not the downward airflow which causes the lift. You forget that the aluminum foil is also attracted to the ionized air. It would be like having two feathers being staticly drawn together and constantly moving one out of the reach of the other. The actual airflow is meaningless it is the upward attraction of the foil to the air which lifts the device.

@1freedomfighter11 What I know about this subject comes mostly from my own work with the devices. I used to work with them extensively because I believed they could be used to put large solar panels in place above all cloud cover to overcome solar power's weakness of being useless on a cloudy day. This meant extensive testing and gaining a deep understanding of how and why the device worked. I am sorry but there is no antigravity here. Maybe some day we will figure it out but this is not it.

What people need to realize is that once some one has managed to convince you that the government is trying to cover something up it does not matter how much evidence against it is presented to you, how credible that evidence is, or where the evidence came from. You will allways disreguard it completely with out even looking at it because you will presume that it is part of that cover up. At that point you nolonger search for truth but rather the evidence to support what you beleive to be truth.

This is not antigravity and I have documents that I obtained directly from NASA that prove it. The documents are a review of thier results on all testing they performed on lifters and other asymmetrical capacitors which clearly states that they have concluded that it is a simple ion wind effect which allows it to fly and nothing more. I will gladly give a copy of this document to any one who requests one.
