  • Beautiful performance!!!

  • Magical interpretation...'Die-hard' classical music listeners may not like this. But I like parcticaly ALL interpretations of this piece.

Each has a magic which I feel "Satie" would have appreciated.

  • There is a taste of sahmadi...

  • Totally gorgeous....Thankyou

  • gnossienne no. 1!!

  • beautiful, spledid :)

  • beautiful

  • Bravo!!

  • Magical interpretation!

    congrats

  • This is Gnossienne no1. Just compare this one to the original duh...

  • Why is the flute bent over at the top? I don't think it's an alto flute, the way they curve is diffrent.

  • this is gnossienne no.3, not no.1! this is from the hungarian horizons- dvd right?

  • @NastyGreaser It is the No.1

  • @NastyGreaser I think you're not right. I am quite sure this is gnossienne no.1. Beautiful piece, but the pizzicato sound from the keybord on this video is not for my taste

  • Truly MAGNIFICENT

  • Simply Brilliant!

  • I'd forgotten about John Hackett's rendition of this piece. This guy is a master musician. His flute is a magic wand, casting hypnotic spells. His feel for music is overwhelming. It's gorgeous.

  • @AuntyKaren I agree. John Hackett really is a special musician :)

  • John Hackett's album "Checking Out of London" is superb. I heard him play flute at his brother, Steve Hackett's gig on Hands of the Priestess which is one of the most beautiful tunes I know.

  • That's a cool everything.

    Shalom

  • that's a cool flute
