In 1988 Janice Pennington had an accident when the show taped. She claimed that the camera hit her in the face. She sued and was awarded $1.2 billion dollars. So the legal trouble with these models actuall started in 1988.

I remember when the whole Dian sex harassment suit was going on, I thought him having sex with Dian was the best thing for him because every guy watching TPIR wanted Dian.
And people continue to act like he was innocent of everything. He's also, without a doubt, one of the people who thinks that age is anything but a number.
