So far as I can make out it's the last song on the album. It's called Again Again. The composition of the lyrics and the music would seem to suggest this is a throw back to before tracks like Poker Face, Paperazzi, LoveGame and Just Dance were written.

It's basically a completely different style of music so totally out of step with the rest of the album. The only other track that sounds remotely like it is Brown Eyes. Which is just mundane filler in comparison. Just like most of the tracks.

These lyrics have more substance than current songs. But I understand that if she didn't change her sound for the execs, she'd still be stripping at some gritty NYC bar. Face it we live in a Capitalist world (w/ a Capital C) and she's just a Capitalist Girl. It would be nice if she did some sorta alter ego character ala David Bowie and Ziggy Stardust, which I read that Bowie is one of her inspirations. Maybe record her next album in Cuba or Venenzuela, like Bowie did in Berlin during Cold War.
