Getting one or two viruses accidentally, and then removing them promptly, has a much better success rate than letting all your viruses stack up, over the course of several weeks, or even months...
In fact, if you do this... you might not even be able to solve the problem without a complete reinstallation of your OS.
malware bytes does it removes the corupted files. what YOU need to do is find vundo's backup file that keeps writing it in the registry and delete it.
The Vundo trojan is also known as MS JUAN wich means that some Portourican bastard must've made it when he was bored! (Ain't sure how to spell it) Btw All of you who thinks Norton is shit, Well, Norton is good protection, It removes both this trojan and also ZLOB trojan and many more, So People, If you have Norton and still get malware like this trojan, It's because you don't update your software! Update it one time a month and you should have good protection.

It's annoying as hell. I have it right now. Every minute you get a pop-up advertising to you (no porn, so don't worry about that)some crap that's either fake OR real. Not all ads are counterfeit, but they're still annoying.
It still does what a trojan does though. It installs programs without your consent.

You can download Malwarebytes antimalware from CNet's download (dot) com since the trojan block access to the main malwarebytes webpage. It's freeware and only about 2.7mb.
This virus sucks balls i just got done removing Vundo Trojan or least i think with this virus/Trojan anit virus programs don't get the whole thing and the hidden .dll files replace the virus each and every time the best way to get it gone is to get webroot or reimage you're pc
can it remove the TR/Vundo.NS file? i always scan my computer daily with avira anti-virus and it detected the file like freakin 20 times and i keep deleting or move it to quarantine

When you use Limewire, be extra careful with files that have .exe at the end of them.
These are the files that usually contain virus attachments. Stick to zip files (but scan with anti-virus first).
Also, I would recommend only using Limewire for music. Anything else is too risky to download.
And download torrents from sites you have to pay for. Sorry, but that's the only guaranteed way you won't contract something from download.

Everyone.
Download AVG(Detects bad links and full system scan)
Download Spybot Search and Destroy (Deletes IMMEDIATE Threats. Etc. Virtumonde.)
Restart in SAFE MODE. (Start>Run>type msconfig and click ok>BOOT.INI>Check /SAFEMODE)
Do scans with both AVG and spybot.
Delete what comes up.
Reboot your computer once more. (Uncheck /SAFEMODE from ms config first.)
Do the scans once more. Should come clean.

My AVG Free found this trojan on my computer.
I scanned and removed about 20 infected files and then I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it found and removed about 70 infected files.
I did some scans in safe mode and my computer is 100% clean and virus free.

I only recommend 3 antivirus programs:
-AVG
-Avast!
-Avira
they all have their strengths and flaws, i personally like Avira because it has a very high detection rate and a free 24/7 shield!
however, the updates will take forever to finish
