@ninosvn its really brilliant style of building! i never seen it before either. they did the base of the house first (same in spain) but it has one thing different " there is steel bars sticking out of it ( so the walls can be slotted in).  the walls are already made with windows and bricks on the exterior side and wood frames etc on the exterior side. in spain everything is made out of concrete, so it hard to put together separately. plus concrete is too heavy to use for this style of building

I can't believe that this house took three months to complete especially when they used pre-made wall panels, already clad with fake brick.

In Australia, a well run site, can build from scratch a house in about 8 weeks, using raw materials. Without expensive overhead cranes or unnecessary scaffolding.

typical japanese construction, except this house was put together by the more reputable construction company, hence the real foundation and not just a few sticks holding it up. Lucky them when the next earthquake hits. The scary thing is now cities are building 50 floor towers using this same technique. I think that is stretching the click and build system a bit!!!!
