  • 3 minutes to view the video.

  • Was he sleeping? 0:29

  • Speechless. The Japanese never seize to amaze me. They built that thing in like 2 months maybe? All because of this lego kinda technology. Genius

  • No slide doors damn but its one cool house

  • Nice ! :)

  • yes the techno music is annoying lol question though i've seen other japanese walls as thin as this but doesnt it get cold?

  • was this house made of steel and concrete because of earthquake rules or was that just the owners choice ?

  • I can't understand this kind of building. In Spain it's very different and there're many official instructions. It'd be impossible to build in that way..

  • @ninosvn its really brilliant style of building! i never seen it before either. they did the base of the house first (same in spain) but it has one thing different " there is steel bars sticking out of it ( so the walls can be slotted in). the walls are already made with windows and bricks on the exterior side and wood frames etc on the exterior side. in spain everything is made out of concrete, so it hard to put together separately. plus concrete is too heavy to use for this style of building

  • 1:02 is that guy sleeping?

  • ALOT of steel beams, looks expensive. Why do they have to use those flimsy plasterboard walls though, god forbid a tsunami or something

  • i want my house built this way. all metal structure, solid insulation blocks. no space between walls for fkin rats and insects. and freakin fast. here a house of similar size would take half a year to build.

  • @BringerOfD I dont know from which country are you from, there are some countries on the world, their rates have Steel Teeths.

  • @puketinho well yeah, but i doubt they are done the same way. or as efficiently.

  • 3 months? That's longer than the yanks take with their track homes...

  • @Toyman07 that's cause over there, craftsmanship counts

  • @Toyman07 also they have to include a lot more stuff in the base than just cement and rebar. earthquake dampening systems come to mind

  • 65 people missed the like boutton

  • catchy beat haha

  • I can't believe that this house took three months to complete especially when they used pre-made wall panels, already clad with fake brick.

In Australia, a well run site, can build from scratch a house in about 8 weeks, using raw materials. Without expensive overhead cranes or unnecessary scaffolding.

  • @tommo2785 gota remember they are really tiny people

  • I love how the construction workers are Asian and not Mexican.

  • @Dreamcatcher321 because he is in Japan stupid......

  • @VMSMark Thats the joke, fucktard.

  • @Dreamcatcher321 even if u said as joke, In all matters related to concrete and steel structures, Mexican builders r some of the best in the world.

  • awesome video. I miss Japan, visited for a while in 2010 - love it!!

  • Thanks! That was pretty damn cool! I was in Japan for a couple of years and never saw one constructed like this. All of the constructions I saw were of the more traditional wood type. Thanks for the view!

  • if you guys dont like the song theres two things you can do. mute it or think of sexy japanese girls jumping up and down to this song..... il go with number two thank you :D

  • Average of 2 pic per second, 2:57 was the length of the video... I assume you took about 300 picture when you said you took one each day. So I'm assuming that the time that it took them to finish the house is around 9 month. Did it really took them 3 month?

  • @master58100 But he probably took more than one pic on some days so ya'know.

  • @master58100

    1. well, the video is only 2:53, not 2:57

    2. the last 5-6 seconds was a freezed photo, so dont count them in

    3. NO it is not 2 pic per second, and your assumption of 300 pictures is way off. those arent even 200 pics

    4. he didnt say he took "1 pic" per day. he said he took "snapshots" everyday

I guess he has no reason to lie about the timeframe of the construction

  • What a huge house--_--

  • were those fake stones? or do they just transport complete walls? 0.0

  • @Goldenpearlvoice1 Worse than fake stones... Fake BRICKS! I've never seen that before, it's horribly ugly :s

  • they have way better building standards becuz they focus on everyday life tech research, when we focus more on military tech research, thats why a lot of the skyscrapers in tokyo could take the massive amount of stress during the earthquake

  • i wonder if thats gone now becuase of the earth quake

  • Haha, there's a guy sleeping on the job on 1:00

  • @MrMizanMiah you should know that many construction workers in every nation like to take a nap during their break time

  • @zirchsoft Yeah, I know that lol. Bless him though, he must have been working hard! These guys must have worked hard to make these houses, Japan probably make one house every day or somewhat...

  • haha i thought you meant that the construction took three minutes. This is pretty cool too, though! :P

  • Lol here in Canada you see houses being built with sheets of plywood

  • @NoobsAreUsh those contractors must be from the states

  • well done - what commitment

  • far that would be way stronger than the crap they build here in australia

  • yes, it is anoying

  • It is sound proof, fire resistance and against radiation?

  • giler berbeza sgt umah mesia n japan...

  • must have very high building standards that house wont come down

  • it´s huge and beautiful!

  • I want that house!!!

  • real legohouse

  • despite the fake title, it's a good house afterall....

It's really neat, with all prefabs....

  • hope ur alright man

  • your a faggot for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I wonder what the material were and the cost. I wonder if it would be cost efficient I would love to build a mini Japanese neighbor hood in detroit. I guess i have my research cut out for me and i pray for japan's quick recovery

  • he didnt say the house was built in 3 minutes. he said that he took snap shots every month and put it together so we could see it in 3 minutes...

    just listen!!!!

  • You are one CREEPY Neighbor!

  • omg those rooms r soooo small!

  • ok peace out everybody

  • Subarashii video, domo arigato gozaimas!

  • Wow the construction methods and even the materials they use are so much more drastically different then here in the States. Very neat.

  • for those who were confused by the title, I would love to see a house ACTUALLY built in 3 minutes

  • @TheReasonWhyGuy yeah I do too !

  • very nice houses they got there !

  • 2 days of work every second... that's time-lapse ;D

  • =3 wow

  • what is 家を作る ???

  • Mokichiiiii

  • the price of this house ok.

  • Solid, simple and beautiful

  • cool

  • wow its kool ..jap`s house dosnt have brick wall like euro`s..so save alot of money... but also nice house2.

  • Nice brick wall.

  • That's a big ass house for Japan. Jesus wow.

  • that is a very big house for Japan. good construction

  • dude how much the house cost...???

  • I wanna live there! :D

  • WOW. That's Japanese efficiency! I love it!

  • wat is the song its amazing!!!!

  • Hope you gave your nieghbor a copy of this video of there house being built..sure would of been a great gift that they would share with others

  • dude ?

u call that techno music ?

i listen to hardcore music but this really hurts my ears

  • No wonder earthquakes tsunamis fuck japan up everytime their house are shiiittt

  • @nickcampbell777 Why do you think this house is shit. It's steel and concrete. This house is going to hold up better than most brick houses.

  • @samipso one earthquake an dits gonna fall apart

  • @worldmusic3 All new houses in Japan are built according to Seismic Design Codes. Their modern houses probably fare better than most european houses during an earthquake.

  • @samipso naw there chinks never will they beat euro's

  • @samipso Probably? 100 % sure. It's a common catastrophe due to the large volcanic rug under the country.

  • 1:02 the guy sleep at job

  • i like these modular house... it looks so easy to build (like JigSaw puzzle)

  • Looks more like a European house, not a "Real Japanese House".

  • and yet this house will withstand Typhoons and earthquakes and such, yet our American technology cannot withstand someone throwing a brick at it without falling apart.

  • shoulda put a comma in there, but meh

  • You live in Japan? Son of a bitch....

  • wow is your neighbor rich or something O.O

  • That is a kinda huge house for japanese!

  • chuck norris could build that house in 1 second!!!

  • Japanese shit, alo bre indijanci sto niste onda dovukli celu kucu i samo je zasrafili nego se tu jebete nekoliko dana kad ste vec tolke japasnke mudare i jos nesto, idite mi u tuki vi sto komentariste kakv je snimak i muzika u snimku bem vas corave pozdrav.

  • Oh, it is too annoying.

  • OMG! It was NOT build in 3 minutes! DISLIKE FOR BAD TITLE!

  • @klaasdeboer he means its all put toghether into 3 minuites mate

  • people are dumb..

    3 minute video

    NOT 3 minute construction

  • @R3ptilian O fuck its just 2:53 bfd suck 2 cocks

  • @R3ptilian is that what u thought

  • @R3ptilian you just never know with the Japonese.

  • typical japanese construction, except this house was put together by the more reputable construction company, hence the real foundation and not just a few sticks holding it up. Lucky them when the next earthquake hits. The scary thing is now cities are building 50 floor towers using this same technique. I think that is stretching the click and build system a bit!!!!

  • i don't think i'll live in a house thatwas only built in 3 minutes

  • @RioAbc123 IT WZ BUILT IN 3 MONTH! dnt u lisson .

  • Venus Project method for constructing.

  • I was gonna say... yeah. like Lego blocks. That is so advanced... everything is modular... and yes... look at how they don't skimp on the roofing. That tile's gonna last 200 years.

  • Adult Version of Lego's? lol

  • @galacliva Hurricane mash up that!

  • interesting o.o

  • how much does the house cost???

  • @UsumakiNaruto $4.50

  • @UsumakiNaruto 100000 yen

  • @kenny2923 O_O so its only 1,202.12 USD O_O

  • from the title I thought they built it in 3 minutes

  • Thats a huge house o-o...

  • i can demolish a house in 3 minutes

    does it count lol

  • This is really cool. lol

Wayy different from the stupid toothpick houses they build in the states. :P

  • 3 minutes ? 300 minutes might be enough

  • @aclock2 xDDD that are 5 hours u want to build a house in 5 hours XDDD``?

  • @skylzm Yeah, but the video title said 3 minutes so I kinda expected a bigger shock. 5 hours is stil very impressive, though. Do you know how much does the whole process cost ?

  • @aclock2 You are an idiot. btw there are 131487.1917 minutes in 3 months dumbass.

  • @XxFairyGrrlxX Another youtube asshole. You must have a really fucked up life to throw your dumb hatred toward a stranger the first time you talk to him. If your parent were unable to educate you with some basic human manner and respect, you should at least try to learn it yourself.

  • @aclock2 If only you would listen to the video and not comment a dumb ass question. It least I don't go around saying "HAHA Your life is an epic fail."

  • so interesting

  • 3 minutes is so impossible to build dis house = =

  • It's interesting but tiring to watch !

  • damn you, i thought it was actually a house being built in 3 minutes normal-time.

  • That techno music made me want to bash my head into a concrete wall......

Out of the ton of Japanese music that you could use, you went with techno?

    Great vid though.

  • that music really is annoying!!

  • Is it just me, or does that house look TONS bigger than the lot it was built on.

  • man, in Canada, i see houses built of wood completely, i don't even see the metal supports anywhere. also the ground of the second floor is so easily built so convenient! and wow... talk about convenience, the walls of the house comes completed to be assembled together... this is almost like a model set of a house but in 1:1 scale

  • LOL the slideshow is timed perfectly with the music it's hilarious. cool vid.

  • building a house in under 3 minutes? EASY PEASY JAPANESE

  • Great video mate, very interesting : )

  • man... when i read the title i thought, damn japanese people can build a house fast! so disappointed....

  • why do you live in japan

  • thats a nice house

  • could you help me if i move to japan?

  • Why do you live in Japan?

  • living in japan must be really awesome

  • every time i talk to a Japanese civil engineer and a Japanese building engineer they always oppose each other. one will say, building is nothing, but organization skill must be excellent. But when you talk to the other, civil works is very disorganized. looking at this video, if that is how they build houses there, i quite agree with them.

  • r u sure this isnt an appartment? O_O

  • WOW! THAT TURNED OUT TO BE VERY NICE HUGE HOUSE!

THAT´S A GOOD WORK WITH YOUR CAMERA!!!!

HOPE TO SEE MORE FROM YOU!

    LOVE FROM ANNA IN SWEDEN!

  • love your videos but the title is kinda misleading

  • I like the idea of this I just wish it went through a little quicker

  • u've broken the copyrights law of japan mate hahah

  • Where is this house located and what is the est. price? Really interested =)

  • これは在来工法じゃなくて、ハウスメーカーで主流のプレハブ工法だね。

  • Nice house, although they probably could have accommodated an more innovative design for the same price.

But thats just from my western perspective of suburban brick houses (so many of them in Sydney suburbs)

  • they build houses like legos, lol

  • I want one!

  • if i had millions of dollars, id buy a big lot, and build a big house

  • i could destroy that in 3 seconds!

  • Pretty house ^_^

  • do they still build traditional houses in japan?

  • how much do japanese houses cost these days as I have heard they are some of the most expensive to buy in the world so for example how much wld this house cost in uk pounds roughly does anyone know out of interest

  • Great mate thanks for the effort!!!!!!!!!!!

  • nice house ^^

but I actually want the name of the music :D it's freaking great *THUMBS UP*

    great video!

  • did u meet the neighbors

  • great music and nice house although i would have gone with a white wall red roof combo lol but still very nice house

  • really nice house

  • 在来軸組工法じゃない

  • I want this house.

  • Looks like really good-quality construction. But what else would you expect from 21st-century Japan. They are amazing!

  • 3minutes of slide show not built in 3 minutes.

  • =OoO=

    Carnival Samba Musique...not techno....sorry...

  • lol at first i thought the house itself was built in 3 minutes, then i was like "DOH!!!"

  • boom tshiki boom ts boom tshiki boom

  • That looks so modern to build!

  • very nice with new style construction makes everything better light , fast

  • Yep, that is amazing!! I was in Kyoto for three nights and watched a house go up out side my hostel. Albeit alot smaller I swear they would have finnished in another 4 to 5 days... Everything just snapped together like a model... quite amazing!

  • It's funny to see here Brazilian houses are all made of steel, concrete and brick, even in the slums, and we don't have earthquakes and neither hurricanes...

  • It's cool to see the differences and similarities between how its done between here and there.
