Okay so this is what I found out about that first strathspey:

It is known as Christy Campbell Strathspey and The Miller of Drone.

It would be much simpler if I could just go up there and ask! ;)

Unbelieveable playing by the whole group. Andrea is like a machine, there is no slowing her down. Perfection and so many tunes she played, I think I counted about six. Great playing, the best fiddle video on You Tube as far as I'm concerned. There are other great players, but this is the very best I have seen.

Andrea plays astonishingly wonderful music. Over the last few years she has been playing beautifully and brilliantly at a level few musicians ever reach. How lucky are those who hear her concerts. Andrea Beaton is red hot, she rocks her reels effortlessly. She's also a beyond marvelous piano player and mighty fine banjo picker. What a talent and what a music hero. Someone please give her a one way ticket to Californ I A.
