dude all the facts on ur site r messed up. These kinds of wind turbines make about the same noise as ur fridge. The old ones are noisy yes but ur a fail.
Millions of birds are slaughtered every year by these political pay-offs to GE. The amount of energy it takes to manufacture a wind turbine, AND THE POWER LINES TO IT, takes decades to break even. Then there's the maintenance costs for it and the lines. The power lines have to sized 10 times bigger than the average amperage too. They're UGLY and did I mention they slaughter birds and interfere with radio communications? Our tax money is subsidizing this fascist crap and it has to STOP.
@Snyder2484 i agree. get over the birds and look at the facts. this wind turbine wll probably power a whole town. Besides, ur gonna be seeing a lot more of this in the future. XD
I also agree. I didn't know who to believe, so I walked right up to one and could hardly hear it on a windy day.
