Explain how she killed Kurt. They were going through a divorce, but she had no other motive for killing him. He was on drugs and depressed, so YES, he could have done it. And he did. what are the tracks that you have though? only about half the album leaked theres about 20 to 30 songs they've recorded total including alternate versions that they are considering for the albums final cut, so you may have a good half of the album

It's not the whole tracklisting, I got the leaked tracks ages ago as well, but there only about half the album, most of the ones she released weren't written by her anyway [apparently to the last bit, but the first bit is definitely true]
