  • Nursing up to the age of seven (when the child has lost most of it's milk teeth - hence their name) is biologically normal and very ordinary in many cultures. It's unusual to see in Western countries, and therefore many people are shocked to see this, but it is actually beneficial healthwise for mum and baby. However, by that age children can be expected to demonstrate a bit of etiquette (and most children nursing at that age in Western countries will only do so away from disapproving stares).

  • How about if the kids are 6 years old and get on the bus with mom and when she sits down the lil kid pulls down moms shirt in greedy fashion. I was witness to that and no milking mother should put up with that.
