  • @tarastilesyoga post a YouTube video of you putting white socks and shoes on you feet and tie your shoes after you put the shoes on!

  • how are you doing this in skinny jeans? it'd be impossible for anybody to bend with how tight they are. very cool moves!

  • LOVE UR SOCKS R THEY CREW SOCKS?

  • love that you can do this in your sockfeet

  • LOL. According to the stats:

This video is most popular with:

    Gender Age

    Male 13-17

  • Love the outfit!

  • Tara, you have an amazing body. Do you attribute your thin and fitness to just yoga and diet or do you do other activities like run or lift weights? I'd love to know! Thanks

  • i don't lift weights. i ran a 5k for master the shift in seattle. that was the first time i did that. not a runner or anything like that. all i do is walk, yoga, and eat healthy. thanks. i'll make a video blog about that too! keep in touch

  • amazing-- I have been working with a similar sequence for the Leo full moon (good time for core work) that just adds sphinx--- thanks for this vid :) and yes I enjoyed the challenge of lifting a leg.. I am all about lifting a leg when I feel frisky while rolling through a vinyasa-- nice to not feel crazy

  • it's taratumminator!

  • You were most definitely born with a talented gift of healing and teaching.

  • That went well...

  • Hey Tara, you are so gorgeous!!

Do you mind if I daydream about you in these positions, in a sexual way?

You and me baby ain't nothin but mammals....haha :)

  • done! thanks, Tara!

  • That was great, hard but good, especially after yesterdays 2min plank! looking forward to tomorrows challenge.

  • nice ab muscles and (don't know name)the outside upper leg attached to buttock. the muscle on the side i could see was impressive.

haven't seen abs in a while, just can't seem to let go of the late night popcorn.

have about 10 bags left, and i really want them. working on controlled breathing, mind control, sitting 1 hr in a 180-200 degree sauna. will do a video when i can do a hand stand like you and the splits. think you'll be here in your late 30's- mid 40's? want to see some ballet

  • I don't know if it's my speakers, but I can hardly hear you. =(

  • @Randamaye I think it's the video because I have the same problem.

  • nice core and forearm strength. we do the "plank pose" in our martial arts class for about 2min. my arms always give out before my core.

  • tara can u sit in lotus position ?"

  • yup. can you? remember it's not about the "pose". :L=)))

  • well i can sit half lotus but i want to be able to meditate without using a wall as a support, when i go to the Gurdwara(temple), i sit there without a wall support and can only sit for 30 min. When i use the wall, i can sit for much longer, and also my back is never straight without a wall, so i thought i need to learn to sit in lotus so my back can be straight and i can sit for longer durations. I've been meditating for a year now, and i always wanted to sit in lotus.

  • inspiration!

  • I liked that one!

I could really feel it. Thanks for the challenge <3

  • Love your routines! Hope you can do one especially for dancers?

  • i used to be a dancer. . . classical ballet and modern :) sure thing! good request!

  • I dance ballet and jazz too and I know yoga can improve turnout and stretch. Thanks, I look forward to do this routine :)

  • yup.

  • it is a great abss workout... loved it :)

  • I love my shirt. . . so comfortable. have to do laundry. haven't had time since I've been back in NYC!

  • I think you have a favorite shirt ;)

  • still the best smile in the world
