@skoreuk84 Its the middle section of "I've got the real feel" by Ramos, Supreme and Sunset Regime. I think the pads/strings are sampled from "Kinetic" by The Golden Girls
@jupiter0225 I'm not gonna just bosh the next tune in for the sake of it. I actually bother to take into account whether or not there are clashes in the mix ie conflicting subs, vocals, discordant keys etc There's this thing called "restraint" that you ocassionally have to exercise.
@Neubitz Your other mixes were better. I was just getting bored with this one. What I like to do sometimes with starter tracks is to get it matched in the beginning stretch of drums. So after the breakdown I can throw the track. Should be ready to go at 1:00. At 1:40 I would have thrown the next track, and get that mix in before the next vocal break. But the end of that first track is killer. Def want to hear that tune.
@jupiter0225 Fair play. I guess you have a point. If I was doing it again i'd probably bring in the start of the track (up until the piano drop) in a couple of times. At the start of the kick after the first piano drop. Then again at the start of the kick in the middle section with the pad. I'd still stick to roughly the same mix at the end but i'd start the mix a little earlier (about 8 bars). That way track 1 ends when track 2 drops and the end result will be a bit smoother.
The Sy Project one? I do have it. It was in with a collection of about 200 vinyls I bought recently. However the B side is fooked. I was absolutely gutted. : (
Cheers mate. 34 isn't that old lol. I do have some stuff from that era. Joey Beltram, Phuture, Lil Louis, Edge 1, Kicks like a mule etc. I'm half way through getting a set together so keep an eye out.
Best oldskool hardcore mix on youtube, well done :D cheers for the great tunes

Very nice, mate - really liked it. (Even though I am so old at 34 that when I searched for old skool hardcore I meant like 89-91!)
