@PokeMon8851 well my first Ace Combat game was Ace Combat 4, and then 5... and then Xi. I went back and played Ace Combat 2 and 3 on an emulator just a fews of days ago and 3 just seems bland to a whole new level compared to the other games in the series.

Please does anyone remember what Ace combat it is / what mission that your in a grey/white aircraft that looks like and has a name like the SR-71 where you fly around really really fast, and the one where you do re-entry in your plane and have to line it up otherwise your aircraft burns up?

I'm a mega fan of Ace Combat and used to own all of them, but I havn't okayed in a while and really want to know!

I'm putting this on a few Ace combat vids to hopefully get a reply :)

@TulerDurd your english is pretty good. I don't speak russian, so I hope you understand. In order to play this mission and get the other planes , you need to get A or B in all missions in normal or hard mode , but you can't do this in mission simulator, you need to start a new game.

i was a little kid when i first played AC3E, but i remember clearly the feel, a faceless game that never gave you reason for anything. why you had to shoot down those civilian planes, why you destroyed an underground city, why in the blazes you go in the freakin digiworld in the last mission? i wish i knew japanese.

@BlazingAngelzzz If you want to play this mission then yes, you need to do the story mode all over again, but in normal or hard mode and get A or B in all missions. To get the xr-900 "geopelia" you need to get A on this mission.

If you have most missions done, & for example you have all missions, (except one) completed with A ratings, & one has a B rating, go to the mission that has a B rating, (Works on Mission Simulator) select the difficulty where the B rating is, (Example: Normal) select your plane, choose your weapon, or press strart+triangle witch is a Lazor Satellite, (works only on Mission Simulator in choose a weapon menu) & destroy all enemies, & targets in the mission to c

@pizza571, by the way I found a way to unlock the X-49 (Night Raven.) If you complete the entire game, & you get to the very last level all you do is make this quick by destroying all targets as fast as you can. The faster you take out your targets, the more you'll earn the X-49 (Night Raven.) what I do is I use this cheat to get it: Start+Triangle for PS1. (The fastest way to get, & unlock the X-49 ( Night Raven.) I did it in Simulation mode.

I've read that in order to unlock this mission I must have all B or A in every mission in Normal Mode, but I was not able to unlock this.

Next, I've completed the game also in Easy and Hard Mode with A and B in the Simulator, but Geopelia is still locked.

In order to play this mission you must complete all the missions with the ranking of A. This can only be done by starting a new game and selecting any of the difficulties. If you get a B in one of the missions, then you'll have to start a new game again and have a ranking of A in all of the missions! Thumbs up if you have done this!!! ;-)

@Lidan13 Not really . If you beat the game with A in all missions , but the difficulty is easy , you will not unlock the mission. If you get a B on normal difficulty the mission is unlocked but the extra planes (XR-900/UI4054, don't remember how to unlock X49) isn't unlocked. To unlock the extra planes , play in hard and get A in all of the missions.

in my memory card of PS1 it says i ve played ac3 over 385 hours O_O LOL and i ve lost the Data once , i guess it would be around 280 hours as i remember .

its better the japanese version, this is the last mission of the 4th possible ending of this game (Keith story).
