  • The Bible says Jesus has a God [John 20.17; Rev 3.12-13] YET, the other "Persons" of the Trinity do not. Is this not a sign of inequality within the one Godhead?

And if Jesus is YHWH, the Father YHWH & HS YHWH, how many YHWHs are there?

  • No matter how good your argument's are the hebrew and greek words for angel mean messenger. Jesus talked for someone else(John 5:30), did God talk for someone else?

  • @loveroflife365

I agree. And what are we to say about Peter's witness in Acts 3:15:

"You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this."

Who was dead? God? That's blasphemy.

Who resurrected Jesus? What does this single line say?

    We know the answers!

  • @tommotian

The Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the dead (Rom 8:11).

  • @shogunshogun Rom 8:11

"And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you."

Note what is says: ... he who raised Christ from the dead. "he" is God, and he used his spirit [Gr. 'pneuma'], his lifesaving power to have it done. If you consult a Greek lexicon you will see that 'pneuma' refers to an impersonal, active force - not a person.

    Same as Acts 3:15.

  • if you study hebrews 10,

then we know who took the initiative it was Gods will and Jesus volunteerd.

rev 10 says:10 And they keep on crying with a loud voice, saying: “Salvation [we owe] to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

so father and son worked together.

11 and a voice came out of the heavens: “You are my Son, the beloved; I have approved you.”

  • 5 when he comes into the world he says: “‘Sacrifice and offering you did not want, but you prepared a body for me. 6 You did not approve of whole burnt offerings and sin [offering].’ 7 Then I said, ‘Look! I am come (in the roll of the book it is written about me) to do your will, O God.’” 8 After first saying: “You did not want nor did you approve of sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sin [offering]”—...— 9 then he actually says: “Look! I am come to do your will.” whos will?

  • Yes!

  • @loveroflife365 Good Point

  • God cannot die. Wouldn't Satan just love it if he could. And what other religion do you know, where the members, go out in all kinds of weather to preach the good news? They are not paid and it's out of love that they do it. They could stay in their nice warm beds. But, no, they get up and out for you, and everyone else who might bash them for the sake of love. Everything they do is out of faith. Leave them alone.

  • 4:07 john 1:9 thats cause Jesus has the same qualities as Jehovah God

  • WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!! there is no trinity...*** rs p. 407 par. 4 Trinity ***

Matt. 26:39, RS: “Going a little farther he [Jesus Christ] fell on his face and prayed, ‘My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt.’” (If the Father and the Son were not distinct individuals, such a prayer would have been meaningless. Jesus would have been praying to himself, and his will would of necessity have been the Father’s will.)

  • @ThirdNUnion ----"WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!! there is no trinity..."

then explain Genesis 1:26 ... Let US make man in OUR own likeness and in OUR own image....

who is the US and OUR???

  • @mtavarez4561 there is NO trinity, When Jehovah God spoke those words found at Gen 1:26 he was speaking to Jesus un his prehuman existence.

(Proverbs 8:22) “Jehovah himself produced me as the beginning of his way, the earliest of his achievements of long ago.

Jehovah has always been wise he did not produce it

(Proverbs 8:30) then I came to be beside him as a master worker, and I came to be the one he was specially fond of day by day, I being glad before him all the time,

  • How can jesus be god and his son at the same time it cant happen u r wrong

  • @Osvaldojw would you like a logical answer to that? Do you want an answer to it at all?

  • @Osvaldojw *** rs p.

  • According to Strong's Exhaustive Concordance the term "no one" is translated from the Greek word "oo-dice" and refers to MAN. YHWH is not included in the term "no one". With that said, Jesus is saying that the greatest act of love that a MAN (human by extension) can perform is to lay down his life for his friends. In verse 13 Jesus commands his followers, who happen to be "MAN", to love each other in the same way the Jesus intends to demonstrate, as a MAN.

  • Surely you would not claim that a human laying down his life for his friends is on the same level as Gods' act of creating Life in the first place.

  • Give praise to the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen!

  • This last quote is especially significant since it applies to Jesus the parallel title "the Alpha and the Omega," which Revelation earlier applied to the Lord God: "I am the Alpha and the Omega, says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty" (Rev. 1:8).

As the following quotes show, the early Church Fathers also recognized that Jesus Christ is God and were adamant in maintaining this precious truth.

  • "Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense, to repay every one for what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the beginning and the end" (Rev. 22:1213).

  • This title is directly applied to Jesus three times in the book of Revelation: "When I saw him [Christ], I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand upon me, saying, Fear not, I am the First and the Last" (Rev. 1:17). "And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: The words of the First and the Last, who died and came to life" (Rev. 2:8).

  • Also significant are passages that apply the title "the First and the Last" to Jesus. This is one of the Old Testament titles of Yahweh: "Thus says Yahweh, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, Yahweh of armies: I am the First and I am the Last; besides me there is no god" (Is. 44:6; cf. 41:4, 48:12).

  • In Philippians 2:6, Paul tells us that Christ Jesus "[w]ho, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be g.asped" (New International Version). So Jesus chose to be born in humble, human form though he could have simply remained in equal glory with the Father for he was "in very nature God."

  • n John 20:28, Thomas falls at Jesus feet, exclaiming, "My Lord and my God!" (Greek: Ho Kurios mou kai ho Theos mou—literally, "The Lord of me and the God of me!")

  • Christs divinity is shown over and over again in the New Testament. For example, in John 5:18 we are told that Jesus opponents sought to kill him because he "called God his Father, making himself equal with God."

In John 8:58, when quizzed about how he has special knowledge of Abraham, Jesus replies, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I Am"—invoking and applying to himself the personal name of God—"I Am" (Ex. 3:14).

  • @CatholicApologia Jesus is not God Almighty, sometimes in the scriptures Jesus makes it seem as tho he is God because he is a reflection of Jehovah God Himself. NWT John 14:9

  • @ThirdNUnion Amen, However, John 14:9 doesn't show Christ not being God at all.

  • @ThirdNUnion Yep! Agree with with both of those Verses, still doesn't show me Jesus is not God. As a Catholic, I believe in both those verses you just gave me, However, Christians would not agree with your interpretation of those verses.

  • @CatholicApologia i will get back to you on this one tomorrow its late, if i dont reply remind me please

  • @ThirdNUnion Sounds good! Night and God Bless!

  • @ThirdNUnion

Why continue to cherry pick these tired clutch verses the WT teaches you to use at the door with the naive? I recommend you put the magazines down and begin to ACTUALLY read full chapters and in their entire CONTEXT!

In fact, these two verses cited PROVE Christ's Deity if you read the WHOLE chapter around it!

  • Boringggggggggggggggggggg....

  • damn religion in all its differnces styles and beliefs all answer questions with questions..........far out ...love nature ...love earth ...love each other ....religion is not the answer.... we are animals like all other animals...we just ate more meat and grew the largest brains...therefore we dominated the world.....

  • @vCwCorpSe Humans are the only one with a conscience. ability to speak. Not that we evolved this way, we were created this way, we know right from wrong, well some of us. God gave us the gift of speech, If we all evoloved, why don't other animals have this ability?

  • @shihtzufizzers ...soz bro ...I do not agree...we all started a single cell life frorm and evovled from there...the sooner people stop worshipping ancient beliefs and beleive in themselves the better....money and religion have started nearly all wars and yet religious people all preach love and forgiveness...go figure!!!!

A good proportion of religious people are hipocrytes

  • @vCwCorpSe Well I do agree with you on all the "Holy Wars" that have occured in the name of God. But there is one religion that has never gone to war because they adhere to the bible. the Jehovah Witnesses. but I Do believe in a creator. So lets just agree to disagree on that one

  • @shihtzufizzers ...ok good person...finally someone who agrees to disagree.....i take my hat off to you

  • @shihtzufizzers

Anabaptists and their descendants like the Mennonite, Amish, etc., also don't go to war.

  • @vCwCorpSe so who created a single cell in the first place? if you put building materials of a house and dynamite in the center and explode it would the house be build itself from the explosion?

  • @ThirdNUnion OMG ANOTHER RELIGOUS NUTTER . so you need to believe something written thousands of years ago over current scientific thinking...omg why are you on a computer & not running around in a lap lap using charcole to scrawl messages on papyrus paper. god didnt make shit he is a mythical belief created to give people something to strive for.beleive in your self...not something written thousands of years ago based on the belief of one man who more than likely suffered from delusions

  • @ThirdNUnion why is it always that religious people ask questions in answer to a question....this in my way of thinking is either a blanketting or cloaking answer as it doesnt answer anything or its a denial answer as it is proof that the questionee doesnt know either...lets agree that anything you believe in this matter is only based on faith...it isnt based on proof ...nothing in religion is based on proof... it to me is only based on people trying to confuse the questioner

  • @vCwCorpSe stupid hypocrite!! YOU ASK...."why is it always that religious people ask questions in answer to a question"? IN YOUR WAY OF THINKING!!!! why dont you show me proof, wether written or physical, that thats how life began. i use the bible it has names, times, and many witnesses to miracles mentioned in the bible. yours are nothing but maybe's or what if's.

  • @ThirdNUnion your a dope mate...there are many scientific books written... do you seriously believe that someone created us....hahaha..... i can offer up many scientific experiments that show more than a possiblility ....you can only go on faith....just because i put a point across that is a serious one...that all religious people offer a question as an answer you get all defensive...and call me a STUPID HYPOCRYTE...religion is forgive and love apparently you fuckwit...live wot u preach dick

  • Respond to this video... bible was written many years ago and the interpretations on it are varied ....so it all depends which stupid religion you follow as to your belief...ohhh did i emphasise BELIEF ... and seriously why do religios people offer up a question as an answer...well why the fuck do they.... because it is a faith you tool...not fact...just a faith...look up the word faith....in a dictionary... faith is believing in something that commonsence tells you not to...hahahahha

  • @ThirdNUnion you probably believe in global warming too....because thats what the ruling sector of the world want us to beleive...when the truth that over the last 20 years the world has actuallty dropped o.4 of a degree...why do they want us to beleive cause they can make money ...just like the churches...make money...if it was all based on faith then money wouldnt be an issue.....

  • Is Almighty God corruptible or incorruptible? (see James 1:13 & Romans 1:23) are the Angels corruptible or incorruptible? (obviously corruptible "Satan") Jesus was tested as to integrity right? How could that be the case if he was incorruptible...why would Satan try and tempt him? would that be futile? whereas Satan did turn countless Angels away from the Almighty? Jesus proved a perfect man could keep perfect integrity!

  • Are men corruptible or incorruptible? Jesus Christ is both 100% God, and 100% man. Perhaps satan thought that he could tempt Christ and cause him to sin in his humanity.

  • Praise Christ for you videos

  • Fact: In 325 AD the Council of Nicea was called together to discuss the doctrine of Christendom. The main topic was Jesus Christ. Most of these christians were Arians who believed Jesus was the son of God and divine. Godly in every way but not God himself. This was then manipulated by the Roman Emperor Constantine who decided to agree that Jesus was God as the trinity worked well with his idea of a trinity god head of pagan gods such as osiris.

  • We believe that Jesus showed the greatest act of love of all time on Earth. He layed down his life for us, the whole Bible should be read as a whole collection of books. Not just the NT or a selection of books. God always asked for a blood sacrifice for sin until Jesus came once for all time.
