  • My friend bought a Klipsch system He is very very happy He's poor but very very happy LOL

  • Bang and Olufsen.

  • Comment removed

  • Dear Santa...

  • ugly!

  • 50k bucks huh? each or both?

  • 10k euro wasted.....

  • Personally I like sausages fried as they are so much cheaper.

  • yeah i dont have 20000 to buy them

  • well PA speskers are usually have sensitivity at LEAST 110dB.

but for a hifi speaker to be over 100dB sens. is quite impressive.

  • @kboy3141 few PA speakers get that high even, if these things touch 102db sensitivity with those drivers and x-over...wow, that's insanely good.

  • I would love to hear them. See if you can get the price of them LOWER.

  • Waste of money b&w is bye

  • I heard these in person with the CD player I eventually ended up buying for my own system. These have immaculate sound...I was amazed at what they could do. They disappeared, and seemed to leave nothing on the table in the way of bass or treble extension.

  • I have the JBL L 890s and they are very very hard to beat for sound resolution and price. Two 8 in woofers polyplass, one 4 in midrange, one titanium dome tweeter, and one horn style supertweeter. The resolution is fantastic and very little distortion with a flat frequency response. I actually use the l 890s for all 7 channels.

  • the klipsch palladium top of the line I can bet they sound very well I had set of old klipsch they don!t make they .I think bd was 100 or 101 they suond was the best. Ithink the klipsch palladium would be the same class as them mage ufo

  • jm lab/focal is the best

  • $10,000 each.....

  • It was great to see the inside construction built like an aircraft wing.

If one was crafty enough, the shape could be duped.

That's the unique part of this design.

Sounds waves aren't square, so why should the box?

  • @hiphopapotomas they are actually $20,00 per pair now. if you want the whole system its $31,500 I could never afford it but i would love to hear it.lol

  • you know these must sound good if they use the same metals that iron man uses to power his suits arc reactor.

  • the Palladium P-39F home theater system costs 31.5k!!!

  • I know that there are speakers that may sound better than Klipsch, but i'll choose Klipsch anyday over another company simply because of the obsession to detail and the overall integrity of the company.

  • Klipsch. American standard. Nothing special.

  • @nodealertouchesmyJag

    Nothing special about Jag's either.

  • @nodealertouchesmyJag You obviously have no idea what you talk about.

  • i just saw them at bestbuy lol highend

  • r4m69

plz send me a link, its not on the website. dont make shit up.

  • @r4m69 No you little clown,Best Buy does not sell Klipsch Palladium, only High-End audio shops. Best Buy sells mass market low end gear(perfect for YOU)

I have the Palladium and what you saw at best Buy is low end Klipsch speakers, not even close to the Palladium in SQ and build quality.

  • @bsod4u2 high-end , low-end whats the differance, they 're still klipshitttts haha. And , NO THANK YOU , you can have your palladiums ..... I will only listen to the best , BOWERS & WILKINS,

  • @r4m69 Bowers & Wilkins is not even close to the best you funny man. Try Wilson Audio, Magico , Kharma and Rockport . B&W is one of the better brands, little more.

But for you I guess ignorance is bliss.

  • 5 drivers and only 102 db I'm disappointed, thought Klipsch could do better. What happened to technology?

  • @generatrix999 102dB with a 1W input (measured 1m away from the speaker),this is very efficient. These can belt out well over 120dB at listening position in a typical listening room with ease.

  • @bsod4u2

102 db good, but not with 5 drivers, should be higher.

Isn't La Scala rated at 105 db with only a woofer and a tweeter?...and that's old technology.

I have KSM 2 monitors (pro line) and they're rated at 103 db with just a woofer and a tweeter.

More speakers means more sound, higher spl's

5 drivers and only 102 db... by Klipsch standards that's weak

  • @generatrix999 More drivers usually means lower efficiency due to loss in the crossover. 102db with one watt for a loudspeaker with 5 drivers is excellent. 102db efficient doesn't mean that's as loud as they go...That's generally how loud they go with a 1 watt pure sine wave at a distance of 1 meter. Haven't seen specs, but I would imagine that's their sensitivity at 1khz, any higher or lower and the spl will vary considerably with a given power input.

  • @nuclearbabyouknowit

'More drivers' (speaker area) also means more sound, so the SPL should correspond.

  • remember Klipsch has always been very sensitive speakers because originally they were used with tube amplfiers which were usually 10 to 45 watts per channel. Also being horn loaded drivers tubes mellow them out whereas most (not all) SS amps make them too bright and "tinny" sounding. Have a pair of Chorus II with a Dynaco ST-70 for power. This speaker is almost unbearable with a SS amplifier so tubes it is. Cheers.

  • 102dB, that means your stereo will sound as loud on 2/10 as it used to do at 5/10 awesome!!

  • Those look like they'd be way out of my price range

  • @TimpBizkit yes there 31 grand for damn complete set and only high end audio sell this stuff

  • When I get back to working on ships again, I would get me a pair of Cornwall III's

  • ya but well worth the money u get what u pay for

  • uhm, klipsch have a market in africa... ?

  • the speakers cost 15.000 euro!!

  • 102 db? Don't see many speakers that sensitive anymore. I wonder how they sound?

  • @BrickVanderhuge Palladium sound great, own the Palladium. I use Bryston SST line power amps to drive them.

  • @BrickVanderhuge yes that is extremely sensitive. i was unaware that could be achieved. who can buy these? 50 grand?

  • @BrickVanderhuge i got 90 db what it mean??

  • yea but how much were your b &ws lmao enough said

  • 15 Gz for only 1 speaker lol nobody gettin does lol

  • I got 2 pair. Threw one pair out a 3 story window, one speaker still works!

  • year and i drive a Bugatti Veyron!!!

  • I had a Veyron, got over it quick.... too many mysterious scratches in the paint. and thank god I didn't have it long enough to need service.

  • Year and you`re mom is giving me a BJ right now. Du dummer Spast du. Laber mal lieber nicht so viel scheisse!!

  • This is for kaisergrunt....horns make yur ears bleed? man dude your probably going deaf then, can you even hear this(wait a minute, here it comes) aaahhh! did you hear that? I farted. btw...Klipsch makes some badass speakers, even their smallest speakers are amazing. but each their own, i bet these speakers are no exception

  • omg $15,000? that is waayyyy overpriced. but i must say, those are some very nice looking speakers. the boxes look completely amazing.

  • i thinks hes dutch :')

  • ur soo lucky... i could only dream of having those!!!

  • I have no idea what these sound like but i DO own a pair of LaScalas and a pair of Hereseys . I also have a pair of RB61's but they arent even hooked up. The Lascalas and Hereseys are sound amazing ( at least in my opinion) sounds like live music. Love them

  • Nothing but a fancy Cornwall. NOT what old PWK would've considered a top shelf speaker. I think the specs are lies, no way the speaker is as efficient as claimed and has deep bass also claimed in that small a cabinet.

  • most likey its a horn loaded enclosure, thosedesigns always give high efficantcy..my eyes popped out too when i heard 102 db..none the less this klipsch shit is junk, the highs make your ears bleed, the bottom is far to prominent..overdesigned boxes that sound like junk.

  • you really don't know home audio do you? those are two horns and three woofers. get it right

  • huh?? get what right?? never made any mention of quantity of drivers or horns..i WILL tell you what is right, this is a shitty box and a shitty product, klipsch is for kids.

if you are defending a klipsch product....it would seem that you dont know home audio...

  • klipsch is the best manufacturer. what is good home audio for you then? because there isnt much to compare with klipsch

  • there are so many....the dream set would be LIVING VOICE AVATAR OBX-R's.but I would take anything from TOTEM,KEF,HARBETH,AVALON..could go on and on..horns make my ears bleed.

  • There are lots of companies better than Klipsch, I prefer my B&W's to any I've heard, BUT there are many worse speakers as well. horns can be sensitive to placement for sure but when they are well designed as most of the higher end Klipsch are and placed well in a treated room they can be as good or better than many high-end speakers utilizing other types of drive units. Lower end Klipsch generally aren't too good IMO, but it always comes down to preferences in music, volume, and amplification.

  • @nuclearbabyouknowit nah klipsch are pretty much where it's at dollar for dollar. WIth B&W, you're not jsut paying for the soun quality but for the cost of importing and the opportunity to feel fancy. As amazing as they sound, I can't help but feel that the dissonace caused by paying 5-10k for a pair almost forces you to perceive a much greater contrast between them and a more affordable pair of klipsches.

  • @pd251563 I've since gotten a pair of JBL L7s and played with Cornwalls (Crites-modded tweeters and x-overs), also a pair of Ohms, Magnepans, and enjoyed hearing some of the new ESS with Heil tweeters. I gotta agree with you. I do prefer my JBL's to the Cornwalls by far, but the Klipsch Cornwalls are GREAT speakers when modded. Unmodded they seem to sound a bit harsh and faded.

BTW I got my B&Ws for less than 400 bucks...two pairs of mint floorstanders. Don't add up the Klipsch/JBL/etc though.

  • @nuclearbabyouknowit What Brand Receiver do you use. Also I looked at B&W's website and Iam highly interested. But broke.

  • did he say 50k?

  • 15,000.

  • what kind of amp do u neep for those u cant just hookit up to a crappy sony can u

  • tube amp 15 w per channel

  • Best speakers EVAR. I had to wait 2 months just to get the P39s. I would say they sound the best with my McIntosh amps but that's the only amp I have hooked it up to so far. I've always admired the sound of Klipsch because they reproduce the sound of an actual performance perfectly at concert level volume. It's them fuckin horns I tell you.

  • You got that right. I have LaScalas and Heresys and love them! I havent heard te Palladiums yet....Do you have any video/audio of them? would love to hear them..Thanks

  • @noodleninjaa you affordable 20 grand speaker are they better b&w and other brand like polk audio which really suck by the way even know they are cheap. Will kill bose

  • lol and just to think it only cost them like $5 to build them

  • Probably more like 500... and an asston of money in research and developement...

  • It took less than $5 to build the iPod headphones you're currently using.

  • Bring back the Forte at a working mans price.

  • My Definitive Technology speakers would spank the hell out of these, and for a fraction of the price. Plus, they are rated the best speakers for under $25,000 each.

  • @Site4Animation really funny klipsch will crush them they actually this bulit from the ground up versus permade shit like definitive technology and it way greener

  • @lgrocks01 First off... Learn how to type and spell. You sound like an idiot.

Second, learn what the fuck you're talking about.

Definitive Technology is one of the ONLY speaker companies to actually test their speakers in an anechoic chamber. Premade what? I don't think so.

    Do some research.

  • @Site4Animation and klipsch got anechoic chamber that way more advanced

  • @lgrocks01 This just shows your lack of intelligence... An anechoic chamber is an anechoic chamber. There is not one better than another, really.

If you even know what an anechoic chamber was, you would know what I am talking about.

Again, do some research, then go get an education.

  • @Site4Animation definitive technology i just experience at best buy pretty good for cone speakers. Then i saw that will have high priced receivers to power this speakers. In my opinion i will say klipsch korn are still better than some damn definitive technology. I will say if klipsch died then definitive technology would my secondary brand over other brands of speakers

  • @Site4Animation my bad than damn cone speakers

  • @Site4Animation Yeah 'go get an education' -- all educated people are very knowledgeable about granular details of speaker engineering you fucking pretentious prick

  • @lgrocks01 My IQ just went down by reading your post...

  • Sony speakers ftw! haha,jk these are on my wish list :D

  • Expensive as hell lol. Its like 7 grand for a pair of 2!

  • 20k for a pair

  • woah even worse! I wouldnt pay that much money for those. I would spend at most 8k but not 20k..

  • What didn't you like about these speakers? How would you describe the sound?

  • yes and no bass wise yes clearity no tri wire either

  • Klipsch were good back in the day, there quality has fell through the roof since Paul klipsch died.

  • how so? They still offer almost all of the older models including lascala and klipschorn. also they still hold some incredible sensitivity ratings and great response for the money. I beg to differ that you would reccomend a set of polk or bose audio products over a set of decently affordable refernce series klipsch, availible at the same store.

  • I had a set of Bose as well.....Not anymore, now have LaScalas and Herseys..In my opinion there is no comparison. The Klipsch are so much better

  • How much?

  • fuckin sexy. i would love to own a pair of those *drools*

  • want some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
