@vince33x The problem with your statement is that you are declaring government money spent on schools that need the money as a theft of the taxpayer dollars. I am afraid you missed some points of Kozol's argument: Urban schools are segregated along racial and socioeconomic lines, and that these schools are often more decrepit, and that students in these schools receive less money per head than other schools. There are perhaps arguments against this perhaps; Jews and Collectivism don't stand.
