@laurencefrazer It isn't a scam I use it every year. This is the site that the Federal Trade Commission recommends.

I went through all this and it said they could not verify my identity. What it did was asked me my previous phone number, it gave me multiple choice but none of the choices was any phone number I had ever had, so I chose "none of the above" and then it told me it could not verify my identity. Is that a common problem?
