I taught my son how to read & write by doing as they did in the movie "Color Purple" (Taped words to everything)Sang the ABC song & talked to him while in the womb. Taught himself to 'Speed Read" Now 23 has learned quite a few words playing video games & teaching himself to fix his computer & game systems.Has learned 'integers' (computer math). His favorite tv at 8- real surgery - Public TV, (open heart and brain surgery)'House','Numbers' !
