seems like a cool exercise i m definetily gonna try it do you know all the muscles it works out and secondly i had an injur so stopped doing n e thing and my hand speed in boxing completely dispersed no muscle do you think this exercise might help it back up i know it will work wonders for wrestling tho

All I know is that if you are healthy and doign this it will build strength for both boxing and wrestling for sure. Hand speed is a different story but strength and core this one will help!
I train MMA and we do a similar thing with a heavy bag on your fore arms (like a wrestling pummel rotations). Except your exercise seems like it would include the wrist & hand strength too. Great exercise, Thanks!
great exercise! I've done a variation of that that was targeted for core but I like the idea of using it for forearms as well. Always interesting to try and talk while doing a tough core exercise...

Nice, somewhat like sledge hammer training just less explosive.
