Yeah captions! Thank you for not liking frappuccinos. They are too sweet and too expensive. When people criticize Starbucks for being too expensive, those are the drinks they are talking about, not plain coffee. Your drink, not that expensive. I stay with the caramel machiato.

Now I'm super curious. Do they use the Italian words for the different sizes (tall, grande, venti) in Japan or is it another language? Some American customers have trouble with those words, so sometimes they say "16 oz" instead of grande. I also wonder if people order in confusing ways in Japan as well? I've worked at Starbucks for 2 years now and people still find new ways to order drinks, it's confusing!

@DuckInAParticle Yup, they use the same Italian words for sizes, but since they're in Katakana people have less trouble saying them (like tooru for tall) ^-^ Japan uses the metric system so 16 oz drinks don't exist here so much :D But I'm sure that sometimes people order S or M!
