that's pro, i love it when people think of ideas to carry or do with their bikes. For example, some people look at me funny when I carry a guitar on my bike (gig bag)...before it was just strapped to the seat. However there is a pricer option... someone makes a case you can attach to the side of your harley, but I'm sure you could modify the mounts to fit any cruiser.

The last time my scooter broke down they sent one of those little blue trucks of death to take me and my bike back to the shop..its scary watching them drive but it terrifying riding with them. No I should it was terrifying riding with this guy, chewing on his hand rolled cigarette not really watching when changing lanes running up on people at lights, and the worst part was the horrible music he was playing. Its a good thing it was only 10km we had to go.

No. When a scooter engine's rpms go below a certain number the scooter automatically goes into neutral. So scooters are always in neutral when the engine is off.
