  • JNL, you are sooo inspirational! question, in a given week, how many times do you eat read meat? or do you not do so at all? i keep hearing to stay away or limit it.  it's hard to know who to listen to... :S

  • THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY GYM SHOES! I have been feeing down about gaining some weight and your video just gave me the self-esteem boost I needed to NOT take the weekend off! I can't wait to go work out, (hmm...biceps maybe?) and just really focus on my goals and not get down about feeling like I should be lifting more. I bought my "Dessert" last night and tried it because I couldn't wait. I honestly think this is one after-workout drink I will NOT get sick of. It tastes way too good!!!

  • JNL has actually been a HUGE motivator for me! I'm closer to 40 than 39 now and have just been nominated as 2009 Bondage Model of the Year. I know it's not fitness modeling, but it takes a lot of strength and stamina and I couldn't do it without these little motivational pep talks!!!! GO JENNIFER NICOLE LEE

  • From what I understand, without protein you cannot build muscle. Lean meats are the best to develop muscle and they also act as a superfood! Thanks JNL for the tips! :3

  • Great tips on training the biceps . . . didn't realize that once a week was enough. I'm going to try Dessert protein - have whey but this sounds much better. Thanks for stressing the importance of getting enough protein when we're so used to hearing that we have to 'cut' stuff to lose weight. Building a physique the way you have is a true motivation.
