Great tips on training the biceps . . . didn't realize that once a week was enough. I'm going to try Dessert protein - have whey but this sounds much better. Thanks for stressing the importance of getting enough protein when we're so used to hearing that we have to 'cut' stuff to lose weight. Building a physique the way you have is a true motivation.

Jennifer is gifted with Motivation ability.I started my BSN supplement program today.Didn't really feel like working out and didn't think I would do that much but I thought about JNL and remember things she says,then kept going and going and going just like that energizer bunny.Wound up going extra mile on top of it all.

I am just starting to work my upper body again and I am glad to hear that doing so won't make you beef up or anything like that. I will definately start eating more protein before and after I work out so that I can reap the full benefits of my workout. Thanks for the GREAT advice and tips.

Another Great Vid... I write down your tips in my journal so that I can be at my very best when I work out. I love the fact that you train like a woman this is such a great concept who knew that we don't have to kill ourselves for an hour and a half, only a half an hourm with 4 kids at home at times, this is wonderful.
