Well, sometimes I understand that people can't understand me, I tend to talk a little bit fast and since I'm not english it's completely normal. However I couldn't find anything wrong at the 1:57, however what I did was make a selection of the Apple logo, then grab the eraser tool and then delete the background in this area, with this shape.

For the apple logon take the text tool and press (=cmd)>alt>+

For almost of my tutorials I used my MacBook with 2GB of ram DDR2 with an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz and the graphic card is the Intel X3100.
Now I have an iMac 27" with an ATI Radeon 4850 512MB an Intel i5 Quad Core processor at 2.66 GHz and 4GB of ram DDR3.
