Political protection of a sexual practice is ridiculous. I do not believe it is proper to pass laws stating that homosexuals have 'rights' to have sex with one another and then redefine marriage to include their views. If they can do that, then where will it end? What about pedophilia or bestiality? These are also sexual practices. Should they, too, be protected by law? If homosexuality is protected legally, why not those as well?

I found that if 2% are in same sex relations, and 25% of them wish to adopt one child, and cannot currently, all of the children in the US would be able to be adopted, plus millions of children from overseas, those numbers were very small (Gays are prob 5-10%, and about 35% want to adopt) so giving rights could save SOOOO many. Then when there aren't kids waiting to be adopted there'd be a good reason against abortion too!

I'm doing a persuasive essay in English and i chose to do it on Gay Marriage Rights because i truely believe that if two men or two women love each other then that is what matters, not their sex. Adoption rates will go up and that is good because that means more children will have a home and parents to take care of them and raise them. I found that if 2% are in same sex relations, and 25% of them wish to adopt one child, and cannot currently, all of the children in the US would be able to be adopted, plus millions of children from overseas, those numbers were very small (Gays are prob 5-10%, and about 35% want to adopt) so giving rights could save SOOOO many. Then when there aren't kids waiting to be adopted there'd be a good reason against abortion too!

I'm doing a persuasive essay in English and i chose to do it on Gay Marriage Rights because i truely believe that if two men or two women love each other then that is what matters, not their sex. Adoption rates will go up and that is good because that means more children will have a home and parents to take care of them and raise them.
