Charity- Why do most belly dance instructors have thick waists? I'm talking about the thin ones in shape? I want bigger hips and smaller waist. Which moves should I do and which to avoid? Thanks.
@violet2elskan oh and i think the fact that you can start off a post by saying "obviously your not a very smart person and know nothing about working out " just shows that ur an extrememly rude person. i wonder why ppl are so rude when it comes to typing remarks... while they would say stuff like that in a face to face conversation. very sad.
@violet2elskan iv been going through many various videos and iv found alot of ppl posting very over fussy and negative remarks... especially when there is no need to do so. at times it seems ppl find faults in videos where a human might be standing still.... or eating.... they would post remarks such as "the angle to which the spoon is tilted in her hand is SO dangerous...she will choke and die and many ppl die too after watching this" why do ppl do that???? its really beyond my understanding..
BEAUTIFUL body. im 26 and i belly dance... well im learning :) first things first.... belly dance is not injurious.... its SUCH a beautiful dance and my body is looking great after 2 weeks of belly dance!!!!and the lady in this video is actually doing alot of similliar movements... looks great..they are called the hip circles i think. im SO impressed by how INSHAPE u are.. im gonna show this to my mom and older sister who can only dream to have a body like yours.. its as fit as a 24 year old! :)
seriously come on now lady...u don't know what ur doing.point blank.a lot of people could actually seriously hurt their lower back n neck with what ur showing them. thats not cool.
@violet2elskan actually, she was combining both weight training with a form of dance. She was isolating her hip muscles, waist muscles, abdominal muscles, arm, back, and neck muscles. If you ask me, this is a pretty good and creative workout. The only way I can see anyone being injured from this is if they are stiff as a board and completely moronic. I say, stretch out and then do this.
@Charity17022 obviously your not a very smart person and know nothing about working out and what kind of strain it can bring on your back and neck when its done wrong over a long period of time...luckly this lady has a natuarally nice body, but she shouldnt tell people how to workout...im just saying some one could seriously hurt themselves doing what she is doing, nothing to do with stretching before hand.
@violet2elskan I watched the whole video over again and I saw not 1 thing that could even vaguely be injuring. Have you ever heard of "belly dance"? Are they hurting themselves in their dance? Because this woman was doing something SLIGHTLY similar to that and it wasn't even as intense. So how exactly could someone get hurt? Do the weights scare you? Or maybe you're just stiff. Idk, but like I said, there's no way you can get hurt doing this unless you have weak bones.
@aspasiaroma If anybodyn decides to follow this lady, please be careful you could injure yourself. I have been teaching Pilates for 10 yrs and know this is not safe, nor is it effective.
