i just realised... the red ones are those classic aliens from War of the Worlds. I mean those robots like walker and the one that uses metal are just like those from the movie. And then there are those blue ones, they are just like transformers, robots that can think for their selves and they want to save humans. I'd honestly like Sega and Petroglyph release a sequal. Because we all know Kamal Re'x has people in the Hierarchy above him. What if they came back with a larger force? I want a more extensive story too. But I have to say this is the most fair cross-platform RTS out there. A definate must buy for anyone looking into getting their first RTS game.

The damage they do against the hierachy walkers it so little I was surprised at the damage you do with the Novus units when you first control them.

The NOVUS are best suited for war against the masari and hierarchy but the masari are weak against the hierarchy's walkers wich gives the player a advantage when fighting them, the masari however focus on defence thats why you always have to switch between light and dark mode

this games is good but it would be cooler if the human doesn't have a gundam robot first in the first story of the games because it is unrealistic. The robot should be the second game expansion and third of the games. It show that the human are evolved with their invention and thinking their survival to new heights.....

@TheFamine123 Well my brother plays battlefield I played battlefield bad company 2 and yeah the graphics are impressive. But when you play games on a computer you can lower or higher the graphics settings which you may or may not know I don't know. I am just saying you shouldn't judge a game based on the graphics and you are right that the graphics might just not be recorded well. I personally never played UaW but I plan on trying it out since it is extremely cheap only $5 xD

@TheFamine123 It's command and conquer the people who made this game was originally in WestWood studios and they were the people who made command and conquer which was like the first RTS game. Then EA shut them down and EALA continues command and conquer but they seriously messed up with the conclusion which was supposed to be "EPIC" but no it was terrible and everyone is angry about it :P but command and conquer 3 is very graphically impressive. I don't know if IGN took this video though.

Yeah i honostly have the same problem, turn down shadows, shaders, particles adn all that to medium and it should smooth out pretty well, the game uses a lot of particles especially for radiation effects and such.

I have a Core 2 T8100 3 GB DDR2 8600M GT DDR2 512MB, and i can run the game on high settings (without AA) at 1280 X 800 (native res) with 30-35fps.....it runs it with a hiccup or two during intense fights.....maybe update your drivers?

i just tried it with DX10 and i get approx 15 fps....although a friend can play it on MAX with DX10 and i don't really notice that much of a difference...if at all...so you're not missing much...dx8 to 9 was a big visual leap though.

thats valid, but Quake and UaW were never really meant as single player games. they rely heavily on multiplayer through either LAN or online. Painkiller really doesnt have a story at all either. just shoot everything you see...
