Frankly speaking sniper/necro is not the best creeps farmer. ES exception if you consider using his ulti. But frankly the best farmers in my opinion are mostly int heros like Dark Seer, or lina (skill base). while late game are mostly meele heros like Rouge Knight with Battlefury etc (attack based) and for spawning creeps/minions are heros like brood mother and Engima.
